It's a fantastic app for those golfers who struggle with knowing correct distance. is very accurate it even factors in the wind along with other conditions It's well worth the $30 . It's also compatible with my smart watch. once again it's a fantastic app.
I had a major problem with this app. It turns out that it wasn't the app but my Samsung galaxy device. They pursued the issue and one day I received a software update from Samsung and the app worked perfectly ever since...thank you for your persistent efforts....
App worked for an 18 hole round. Unfortunately the standalone mode and putting the watch on airplane mode as directed did not update my score to the app after the round was finished. Only option i had was to manually enter the score for each hole. As well the app greatly affected Samsung Watch battery and drained it in 4+ hours.
Fantastic app I use for every round! Has all my local courses and pairs great with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4! I highly recommend premium membership, it's definitely worth it! Just waiting for an update to show distances to hazards and would be nice to have an arrow direction towards the green when shooting blind shots over trees!
I have been using the app for just over a year. I was looking for an app that works with the new world golf handicap system. This does. I can score friendly bets. Whenever I have run into an issue support has fixed it in short order.
Updated : This is the best golf app I have used and I've tried a lot of them. I've had issues with the scoring and standalone mode on the Galaxy Watch 4. The support team handled all them quickly and to my satisfaction. I will continue to recommend this app to all my friends.
App is ok. The premium version and club tags would be a good addition and to consider if and when there would be a driving range mode. But this is not the case. So, will look for other solutions.
If you could add a friends list who else use the app, in order to see their rounds in app live without sharing a link. And maybe you could see all their previous scores as well? Happy to update rating if this feature is added.
Fantastic app, easy to use and made a huge difference to my game. The 'plays as' feature is brilliant and the stats feedback helps you understand your game. Only feature which would help on the Samsung watch is a hole preview to show shape of hole but that's asking alot. Great purchase
Was working great then since the update it won't sync with my watch...... have contacted support but haven't had a reply after waiting for 5 days. Very disappointed with the service, have moved on to another app that's more reliable
Works well with my Samsung watch, but have to keep it in a standalone mode so the distances are accurate. Otherwise you have to keep the phone in your pocket.
Great app, easy to use and does what is supposed to do. The smartwatch version as a battery drainage problem and it's not very easy to use in gaming conditions with small screens. I prefer to use the phone app and keep the phone in my back pocket. The support is responsive and useful. I have the premium version and from a cost/benefit perspective, there is no match. Keep up the good work.
I use Golf Pad with the tags and love it. It has helped me learned about judging distance, distance with each club, etc. The statistics it provides is addicting! As a new golfer, it shows me how my game is improving.
Very disappointed with this app. I am using with a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic; It will not advance to the next hole. I cannot enter scores from the watch which was a big deal for me since I hate going back to the phone constantly. I have watched videos read trouble shooting guides the works, so I am very sure I am using it correctly. If I was using this only from my phone, then it's fine but from a watch not so much. I paid and am using the premium version. I just canceled my subscription. $25 down the drain.
I love it! Easily paired with my Fossil Wear OS watch. It even gives yardage adjustment for wind, altitude and weather. You can have lots of bells and wistle or just use the wardage only. My watch battery is somewhat affected and I don't know at this point if I will be able to play two rounds on one charge. Customer service is also very good. My home course was not on the app and they added it in 5 minutes at first ask. Go for it, good value for the price.
