Same as other reviews - subscription claims "immediate access to the current issue", but the current issue isn't there (no issues from 2021 are available). The content is nice and easy to read, just outdated and not as advertised.
Absymally slow, ugly and outdated UI, not even kept current with print issues, horrific sign-in process and last updated two years ago. Goes to show you how much effort they put in.
If I could give zero I would. App is useless and the customer service is no help. You can only DL one at a time on a laptop. Don't offer a digital option if you can't access them.
Can't login. No way to create a login on the site. The whole digital depth is run by monkeys with their head up their other end
Followed the directions and was able to log into digital using email and zip code. Frequently ask questions helped with digital install
Same problem everyone else has. Why can they just have left it on the Google newsstand where was actually working?
Same, can't login. I have a paper subscription but no luck logging in.
Why bother? Worst magazine app ever.
Will vote with my wallet, will not renew
Though I receive my paper copies in the mail, I have not been able to receive my digital copies. The app doesn't show any new issues from 2021. The last issue it shows for me is Nov 2020. I've sent emails asking to fix this problem but nothing solves the problem. As of July 31, 2021 issue still remains. Don't think I'll renew when my subscription ends.
