GolfNow – Book Tee Times

Customer service isn't responding. We had to cancel a tee time due to a friend being ill. We requested a cancel and are perfectly fine with a golf now credit for the full amount. But they decided to give out 13 20$ promo codes that you can't even combine in a single tee time booking. So now I can't even use the full amount and have to single use each promo Each time!. Ridiculous way to give credit for a cancellation

Not a TON of courses near me and there are FRQUENT errors when trying to book. I will go through the whole process and it will say that the tee time in unavailable ot unable to be booked at this time. I have had to call customer service about 4 times so far, and even that doesn't remedy the situation. The golf pass is cool and I have enjoyed saving some money, but the their IT or technological glitches have not been addressed in the last 4 MONTHS I have been experiencing them.

Zero value, in fact, negative value. Looked up 3 different courses. Called the actual goal course and got the exact same rate and one was even 5 bucks cheaper! If you look up the course the fees are identical. Plus when you call the course you get free cancelation and you talk to a real person for free! This app will actually cost you more money then just not being a lazy bum. Pick up the phone! There is no greater scam in the golf world. This app you literally pay more, for less.

2022 update: this things never works. Always says 'unable to book time'. 2021 UPDATE: finally found the 800 number within the app. There is supposed to be a ticket open to make sure I get the golf balls delivered. Stay tuned. PREVIOUS: So I finally sign up for golf pass, get through the trial, and now the app is constantly getting stuck and breaking. And they have the wrong address and there's no easy way to change it.

I bought the $100 sub. Didn't get $40 Taylor Made G.C. Called 3 times. Was promised this would be fixed. Was lied to 3 times. Never got it. I would assume they recruit CSR's from the DMV, because they're that good! Always the same 6 or so courses on hot deals. (Not that "hot"). Thanks for nothing Golf Now. Disappointing. I have zero confidence in this company.

There are a few things to learn about how the sight works but when you do, this is really a great way to golf! When I have to call to speak to a golf pass associate they are the perfect combination of friendly and professional. If you love golf and you are not a golf pass member...you are missing a great bet! I have saved a good amount of money by using this app. It has also allowed and pushed me to play courses that I have never played before. However, you have to use common sense and understand that sometimes it's better to call the pro shop directly. Find out what the normal rates are. Some people pay a convenience fee when they could avoid it by calling directly to the course. Moreover, staff are usually happy to accommodate some special requests such as single players and tee time changes.

4 months ago my app used to provide me with GPS score keeping. Now, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and can't find the play now in the menu to access courses to start scoring. Just made this app not worth even putting on my phone.

Don't know how else to contact, so I'm hoping this gets seen by someone who can fix the issue with booking a tee time. Constantly getting a prompt saying unable to book due to time slot not open or technical issues. But this is an on going issue. What's the point in having this app other than seeing available tee times, if everytime I try and book a "hot deal", it doesn't process and I have to call and book it personally. A little aggravating.

Easy to use App. Many courses to choose from in my area. Great customer service! This is my go to app when looking for a tee time in my area. Had a buddy cancel on me last minute and we didn't make the tee time. The money was non refundable because it was a cheaper "Hot Deal" tee time. Customer Service gave me $20.00 promo codes to use in the future! Score!! My favorite part of the app is the course reviews. I look at the most recent reviews to see current course conditions.

Golfnow is the best app for any golfer! The convenience of booking a tee time and the ability to access so many courses in the bay area has introduced me to courses I would have never played. Sometimes I'll find a course I've never heard of only 45 mins away. Playing so many different courses has been so much fun and has definitely improved my game.

Great deals and promotions. I save quite a bit of money which allows me to play more. The GolfPass+ upgrade pays for itself and there are no cancelation fees or service fees.

So I paid the $99 for one year to have free convenience fees when I'm booking a tee time and $10 credit every month. The thing is you can't use the credit ever because it never applies unless you book way in advance and of course you don't want. Complete waste of money, don't do it!

There are usually many courses to choose from within a 50 mile radius of my home. App affords me the luxury of playing several courses I would not normally play because I'm cheap. Saved me a lot of money. Plus upgrade is worth the 100$

Repeatedly tried to book tee times, only to see error message "tee time unavailable or unable to book this time". The app shows availability but won't allow it to be scheduled. Not helpful... UNINSTALLING!

App could be so much better. When it works, it would be a 5/5.. However, it works 1/10 times. Like the majority of comments below. It allows you to book a tee time that isn't available, then has issues. Please fix

If have an issue, you've just wasted money.. if you can get them on the phone, they will hang up on you several times. I booked thru them, they didn't collect all of the money, for whatever reason, then when I got to the course, we had to pay full price. I asked for the booking fee back, being that we did not get the price that was reserved. Still not resolved.

Generally pretty good but once again, even though I've had Golf Now for a while (2 years)I get charged services fees. Somehow I get dropped out of the system once in awhile. Aggravating. But as for finding tee times and decent prices it's good.

A horrible deal if you're in Vancouver Canada. No sign up bonus. $10 credit is not US $ even though your membership is in US$. All contests are US only. Most of the hot deal courses are not back this year.

Hot deals aren't as good as they used to be. And every time I try to book one, I get an error. No errors booking regular times though.

Lately it is showing times that you can't book. You click on it, and it tells you that it is no longer available. But if you search again, it still shows up. Or you click on a time, and when you try to book it tells you that an unknown error has occurred. Doesn't anyone test their code anymore?

Not good. Just downloaded. Try to book a deal, says its sold already. No problem. Try a different deal, sold out. Same deals get posted again, try to book, sold out. Do you not want money or what?

Terrible experience. Be sure to read the fine print, as you probably will not get a refund if you miss your tee time. It's easier to book a tee time with a course directly and have customer service to talk to if there is an issue.

Best golf app My only complaint is I wish the yearly pass was a little cheaper. Otherwise great golf app to get the best deals and tee times.

After using this app for a year, I wised up and bought the annual membership. With membership no booking fees and $10 monthly credits I'm going to go play Silverthorn Country Club 18 holes for $13 plus and taxes.

Fantastic and easy to use. I can choose whatever course I want and quickly get the tee times best for me.
