A video based app with no Chromecast support-come on! Terrible page layout. Slow loading of pages. Am awaiting the beta version to see improvements - current one must be an alpha version! Thank you for the response. It is of no relevance to the Android app that Chromecast is available in a browser. Chromecast has to be integrated into the Golf Pass Android app itself so casting is possible directly from the app. I am sorry to say, but this is so very basic in video app development!
Enjoying the contents wish there could be more. One thing I wish you could add is continuing where you left off feature like the other streaming providers do
App will not open on my samsung. I have xfinity rewards and have videos to watch. Please fix

This app won't open on my Samsung s22 ultra
after installing on Samsung Galaxy S9+, hitting open, screen displays the NBC GOLFPASS logo and "We're sorry, this page could not be opened". Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no difference. Any ideas?? BTW, your customer service email address listed below is inactive. Not getting a warm fuzzy feeling at this point. ok latest update 3/21/19; same problem. We're sorry, this page could not be loaded. Come on NBC, get this fixed.
Viewing windows need Youtube Premium type functionality; fast forward and backward 10s with double tap anywhere in window, play/pause from anywhere in window, landscape view option for enhanced viewing, automatic minimized overlapped viewing window when working in other apps, audio continues when phone is suspended, etc.
It is frustrating to always have to re-login, that it never remembered where you have been in your videos and where you have stopped. It's VERY basic and I feel that there is no effort for customer usage taking into account what it costs.
The audio never matches the video. The audio lag on big break is close to 30 seconds behind the video. I've reinstalled and checked my internet connection multiple times nothing works.
I am a member? Where is the login ? The app is awful you can't see any videos. Even when you log in. ( Finally got login don't know how I did it)I see subscribe but no login! It's a trick to get you to put your credit card information in. Also beware potential members.Do not put your credit card information in this app!! Unless you planning to be a member. I took my information back out and they still took my money. Never received my two dozen golf balls that they claim to offer!!!
since updating on android I'm no longer able to sign out or back in again, please fix this!! I use this app lots, especially the teaching videos so not too impressed that no longer able to use. good news, latest update has fixed the problem, all good, thank you!!
It's a good functional app, but how does it not have Chromecast as an option? no one wants to sit here and watch full episodes of these shows on their phone.
The videos are very small in portrait. To get full screen I rotate the phone to landscape but the picture does not rotate. Very frustrating.

Started by being a monthly subscriber. Decided to go annual, and added the plus! Which WAS supposed to get three (3) dozen taylor made golf balls. When i got through to Ashley, she helped me out and had two (2) dozen balls shipped out. Now i use the app and it doesnt play, cant sign in. Tried the website, movies are s o s l o w. Un installed app here goes everything! (Stillhave110charactorstouse,mayaswellfillthisbadboyup!whatelseistheretosay?keeptrying,keepstriving,keepatit.ididit,500)
Shows only play half the time. More importantly i never even gave permission for the purchase of the app. Also good luck trying to contact a human with the fake phone numbers given.
Videos are awful quality, no option to change the quality of video on android app. Have to log in through the internet and give the app a miss completely.
Works great on Samsung Note 8 👍 installed fine on Note 8, opens & plays the videos, no problem, you must be a current member of golf pass for this to work completely including videos.
Possibly the worst service I've ever come across. Videos don't play on Sky Q or the phone app. Fortunately it's a free trial.
Stopped working properly after the latest update. Having authentication issues. I have 2 android devices, both not working properly.
Disappointing to be honest, can't cast to my chromecast. As I live in the UK I expected alot of content that wasn't available here like Haney project and all the episodes of Feherty but only a few of them. So not sure I will keep.
Worst media app. Same issues with the one on roku. Doesn't keep track of what you watched, favorites are bad as well!
Almost impossible to cancel while doing the free trial. In all honesty I accidentally signed up while on vacation, now Im stuck with a year pass
The app is good but the ability to cast the videos using Chromecast and Airdrop would definitely improve the experience
bad user experience. tough to search or locate. featured groups video not working in app. it just wont show anything.

I've just downloaded it and signed up to the annual pass, but I can't watch anything as UK based and an android girl....Best cancel that subscription then 🙄
New to the game of golf and I just got the app . . . So far it looks great. Lots of great perks and tips/drills that im really excited to try out.
Signed up and both the app and website continue to tell me my email isn't registered to an account. I even have the sign up email and it won't let me in. May change this if I manage to get in.
