Golfshot: Golf GPS + Tee Times

I downloaded to app to my Samsung galaxy active 2 watch it worked great the first time I used it! End the round and the next time I went to use it! It would only come on my phone! The watch just read play golf resume or start a new round on your phone! I canceled my membership cause of not being able to use on the watch!

I have purchased the annual subscription, but very disappointed to find that the app is not set up to manage Stableford scores, at least in the UK. I realise that it might be complex to automatically link to the WHS index, but why doesn’t the app enable you to enter your playing handicap for automatic Stableford calculation, or at least allow you to enter the Stableford result for each hole alongside the shots? Won’t be renewing unless this is sorted out.

Good features but very frustrating to use, on several occasions during a round when i unlock my phone screen to look at yardage, enter score etc I have to re-open the app, similar when using my smartwatch, have to open the app instead of the app being insantly visible

Not the best golf app around. Thought I would give it a try as it works (apparently) on wear os. The app on the phone is ok, it shows the distance from the tee to the green, but you can't see how far hazards or turns are etc. Pretty disappointing. Then when I tried to use the app on my watch (ticwatch e2 + wear os 2.0) there's just a constant loading screen for each hole with no info. Ended up deleting both apps and went back to my old golf app.

I downloaded this app today. I cannot create an account or login with Facebook or my email. It repeatedly says an error has occurred I have uninstalled reinstalled force stopped to no avail. Can't even get the app to open past login screen.

This is a great App. I've been using for over ten years, very accurate yardage, flyover hole view,shot distance measuring,score card, statistics about your round's etc etc... Score for your 4 ball as well. Highly recommended . Wayne Magua ❤️

18 April 2022. I think it works. 4 months paid but not working. The thought of compensation is laughable I guess. 4 April 22 I have spent 3 months talking backwards and forwards with golf shot trying to solve the problem of the program locking up (I have installed it on 3 phones same result).Their response - Re-install each time to use it as a work around.Today my subscription ran out. Well I have paid their ransom fee. I wonder if it will ever be fixed?

Have been using this app for years and it worked great. Now, I can't even get it to load. I've contacted Shotzoom and haven't received any response or help. I paid for the yearly subscription and am about halfway through. It's frustrating but being able to use it and even more frustrating not being helped.

I'd like to go pro but the pricing is a bit costly in my opinion. When you try to go pro, it says that an annual subsrcripion offers 50% off but I can only see the monthly fee

The app is bugged. I'm getting given too many points. Plus a note that I added to my last round has carried forward to this one.

I subscribed to Golfshot Plus to use with Android Wear. It works great once you turn off your phone sync/bluetooth connection. Otherwise the watch will use the phone GPS and give you incorrect distances. Once I figured this out everything was working as it should. Having a second version of the app in the Play store is a bit misleading as there is a monthly subscription available through the app. I almost skipped over this one because I didn't want to shell out $79.99 just to try it.

Downloaded but can't log in, every time it says "log in failed" or "account created but login failed"

I have been using this app for 10 years. 7 years ago they had an update that didn't work very well for short time. All my experience for 7 years with this app is very very good. The app is very functional. The app has all the stats that you need for basic golf Improvement. The customer service individuals have been very responsive to any issues with the software or the data that's in the program.

Fantastic app, been using it about 15 years and I wouldn't play a round without it. Barbados, Mexico, Cuba, every course was on there. Easy to use and I only started paying for it the past few years. I've gotten everyone I've ever played with to download the app including strangers I've been paired with. They were so impressed. The caddy feature knows my club distances and recommends the right club. Not a thing wrong with it.

I'm looking at the free app on my phone and this one is definitely easy to use and has good graphics and stats . Keeping your score is easy as well as is moving to the next hole, but you need to upgrade to get distance to hazards,that's a deal breaker I gotta move on

I've had this app for several years and it used to work great within the last four months it's been horrible been more headaches than its been worth! Wish they'd just give me my money back if they can't fix it! I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon and they said it had to be the app. I removed it and reloaded it. Still doesn't work. I loaded another free app and it works fast and great! I really like the viewing experience of this app but I can't handle the frustration anymore. I've contacted customer support on numerous occasions and they tell me everything is set right and it still doesn't work.

Appalling lack of care on the Android version. Navigation is non-functioning and you literally need to close the app and re-open it to perform some tasks. Score card is also off center, overall app experience is beyond poor. I don't understand because the Apple version is so solid, it's a great product on iOS. Will change this review when the developers give due consideration to the Android version.

I have been using the paid version for several years, and quite happy with it until 2 weeks ago. Something just changed, and not for the better! First, some features like distance to different hazards have just disappeared. The resolution on the screen is much poorer than before - looks like a cheap graphics version. And for some reason, it shows all my stats twice. What a mess! I cant believe they have taken away features for paying subscribers and lowered the quality of the app. If I don't see a change soon, I'll likely cancel my subscription and go to one of the zillions of free GPS apps. ' Shame on you, Golfshot!!

Not very intuitive ...have tried to make it work 2 times on the course and was nothing but frustrated. Shut it off after 2 holes on frustration.

The app is great but the business practices of this company is really iffy. I been using the app for at least ten years and recommended it to may people but in the last year and a half their business model has change and the way they advertise their products seems to be very questionable. Their pricing changes and plan changes could hold their own with the games cable TV providers. But up until a year and a half I couldn't find a better app for golf unless i spent big bucks for a stand alone

I have used this app for a while now and I find it very helpful and functionally very good. It is easy to enter your score between holes and not delay anyone's game. I have asked for help several times from support and they have been fantastic to help update and correct issues between golfshot and the actual Golf Course. I have nothing but good to say about this app and the people who supported. Good job Alicia and others.

App was working fine but now its stopped app opens then shuts down straight away.

Cannot locate the grids for greens? Is this app only for fairways? It might be me, but I just can't locate the putting green on this app???

Can't see a charge for linking your handicap to golfshot. May as well just use the ghin app even though they do have a glitch with android.

It's a great app with great GPS accuracy.
