This app has become unusable. I can be sitting outside a listing, choose "near me" from the menu and it will come back with ZERO results. I can plug in my search criteria (3 bed, 2 bath - standard stuff) and it will produce ZERO results when the same criteria, in the same county, through the website's agent portal will return over 900 listings. I thought the point of this app was to help agents and our clients access the MLS without needing to be stuck in the office. Please fix it.
No field for year built, pool or other pertinent information. Says "No properties found" 80% of the time. No longer useful. Uninstalled :(
Glitchy, times out, pages won't load, and can't"favorite" homes. Useless.
Useless to me without a keyword filter such as "pool"! I don't have time to manually go through hundreds of false hits...

For agents it's relatively easy to find some homes in the area when out showing homes. On the consumer side, I haven't gotten complaints about ease of use.

Okay could be better
I have the agent version. It refreshes while trying to use it all the time and I lose my search criteria and have to start over. The last time I used it I finally gave up. Also all of my saved searche don't work correctly. And when I set up new ones they don't work either.
Will just stop showing pictures after looking at 3 or 4 houses. The text areas have partial black backgrounds sometimes. Seems there are still some bugs to work out.
I like that it's updated unlike some sites that still show homes under contract as still active. I wish it showed school attendance zone assignments though.
I have tried several; this is by far the best, and appears to be the most real-time of those I've used.
Very good app, as long as the agent keeps listing updated. Found our house through here.
Very easy to use
App needs work in following areas: Agent side: Need ability to share a drawn map search. This would allow agent some first class service by providing a client with specific requests in a specific area. Need a way of clearing map when doing a detailed draw, unless you set filters to a rare case the icons get in the way of underlying map and makes precise drawing difficult. Need way to delete clients and client messages, I.e. agent needs to manage request / messages. Need communication to be forwarded MLS
Just the best thing ever. I love it and appreciate it. Makes life super easy to find a home in your desired area
Great info when/if works
I don't know why you can't quickly search properties by street name. It show be easy coding to do and both this app and all the rapitoni mlss can't do it. You should be able to type in 5th Street and city and all the listing on that street would pop up. I think that would be helpful. Also there is no easy way to get to single sign in this is a bummer. Fix these issues and I will give you more stars. Thanks
The app could be decent if it didn't constantly "stop responding".
Get in the know with the local real estate market
This app has all kind of issues. frequently says no results when I hit near me with the default filter. I have to refresh repeatedly to get the results. The same photo will show across multiple properties or no photo when I know there is Tried sending feedback from the app and there is an error. Tried hitting help. That link doesn't work. When I share via text the link doesn't work. Sent an email to the address provided in the app and it bounced back. DO BETTER!
