Lacks some basic features for a money management app. For example it doesn't show purchase price, gain in % or in Value. Searching transaction is a nightmare. Every time you hit back it asks to exit app. This app is built by college students needs full revamp

It provided an easy and free way for all mf investment in one trusted platform but the app stopped working since August 4. Also the app was not updated since 2017, wondering if they are shutting down the platform or something. Probably it's time to switch to other aggregator platform but not sure how easy will that be.

I am unable to logon to the App. Whenever I type in my User ID, the App start picking up some random alphabets from keypad automatically. I tried switching off the Dictionary and Automatic spell check, but it didnt work. Please solve. I have not even started investing using the App. I doubt I will use it if it doesnt solve 2. The APP and the Website doesnt show the Actual Investment made so far, It only shows the value generated as per market situation

An excellent and neutral platform to invest in MFs. However the biggest problem is the extremely sluggish "user interface". You immediately get a feel of an annoying Govt. app. I belive that MFU is a collaborative platform created by the fund houses. What I really don't get is that why not invest some more for development of a good user friendly interface?? If you read the reviews, everybody is shouting and pleading them to make improvements in the interface.. But hey, nobody is listening!!

UI part is very bad, they do not display the cost. If these two things they fix, this will be the best app for MF investment, then I will change my rating for sure. Its almost 2 year passed and there is no update.

Need a lot of improvement in the app. App is unable to retrieve data from the server despite correct entry of credentials / PIN. Facing this issue since very long. However, website is working fine and serving nicely.

Good application, but lacks look and feel of modern mobile apps. It need to show invested amount, profit/loss in dashboard along with current value..Due non availability of this feature, need to use apps like moneycontrol etc..

Not at all satisfied with the experience. This is no doubt great Initiative by all MFs for individual investment in direct MFs free of cost. But the services being provided are equally de-motivating. Right from opening account till using this application, you are forced to think about better option. I had used Coin by Zerodha which is 100 times great in all aspects than MF utility. But that time they were charging 50₹/month so I switched to this option. Now Coin is completely free.

The app is good. But major problem is every time I open the app each time i have to log in. I dont this such very high security is needed in my own mobile phone. Instead it should come with either 4digit pin or finger print password.

It is a good app. But when I have to reset my password and i have to update my DOB it does not allow an entry i have to click my age x 12 clicks and that is too many and too annoying. please fix the calendar to mobe back year wise.

App needs lots of improvement in user interface and features. They should also add the Returns section of you Investment like you have in other platform's. At the moment it just facilitate to do transactions nothing more.

This looks more like a sub par college project as opposed to an app by the MUTUAL FUND INDUSTRY in India. My five year old cousin can do a better job in designing the UI. The app literally is a copy of the mobile site, is non intuitive and slow. This is a shinning example of how an app should not be created and reeks of the govt mentality where customers always come last. There are so many issues to talk about, but I do not want to waste any more time on this. Uninstalled it right away.

Very naive, sluggish, slow, primitive type app. All functions are so basic gives a feel of a government app. A better app is expected from mutual fund houses (that's why only one star).

It's good app, but needs to be more user friendly, like I am not sure if finger print login is enabled for all devices as I don't have this option, next it can provide facilty to generate consolidated statement, for investor as well as Distributor

A lot of Improvements need to be done. Features like profit loss value and percentage on overall and daily basis should be shown. All sorts of improvements need to be done.

This app is a long way from finished. Any investment app must display gain/loss at least as an absolute amount. Transaction history is also required, amongst many other things.

This is an awesome app. so much so, that it would be great if all AMCs that came together to set-up this facility also had the courage to give up their individual apps & route all customers thru this app. Should also incl a one-click easy feature to consolidate multiple folios of same holders within same AMC. Should incl. Star Rating & Risk Colour Coding for each Fund. Should add option to download capital gains stmt, annual txn stmt, etc. Should show purch price & irr too.

Very good app. Rated 4 star. Suggestions to make it 5 star: - Add brief analytics to show absolute / CAGR returns (this will reduce dependence of investors on 3rd party apps) - Add facility to add bank account online (and conduct other non financial transactions online - such as adding nominee etc.) - Edit SIP (amount / date) (because of lack of this option, investor has to cancel one SIP and add other) Hope you'll work on these. Waited long if the app will improve it's dashboard, but with no good results since 2016.

The app is crashing for some reason today, otherwise I haven't had any issues so far. PS : this app has a routine of crashing, Crashing again since 1 day uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same problem

Unable to login mobile app. When I try to login network issue it showing. Mobile network is fine can access all except this mobile app. I can able to login through Web page login. As per msg while login this app needs update version for new android. Pls work on that Asap

Since 2017,nothing improved like,not showing profit, annually return,purchase value.it has to be imbed also.due to this I need manage portfolio on other apps so that I can analyse what steps to take next.

Dear sir , portfolio should show that each fund invested amount ant the corrent value of that fund, so that we can analyse the profit or loss in that fund, it's a big issue with the app, Today all apps have this feature in there portfolio ..please includ this feature ..thanks

Dashboard dose not help us to know the current profit or loss. It is showing 9nly current value. Investment value should be available on dashboard along with %change (Day and overall)

App is useful and generally works ok.But NAVs of many mutual funds are not updated. It misses update for several mfs. Today it has missed for a set of mfs, tomorrow it will miss updating for another set of mfs .

Guys changes the UI ..make it much more simpler ....This app is the future Of whole MF management for an individual...so it will grow once every1 knows abt this..so please give rehualr updates and make the purchase and redeem flow easier and shorter.

Platform (UI) isn't as good as other platform like coin of zerodha. Services regarding any complaint/query offered by MF Utility is worst. So, don't go for it. Its far better to have an account in zerodha so that u can use coin app completely free for investing money in mutual funds.

This is good and can be much better. Including a calendar to with some highlights on SIP installment dates for any month would be a great feature.

I was investing through MFU since last 6 yrs. It has very bad UX and quite minimal visibility of returns and performance. MFU need to improve drastically.
