GoMLS

This app is essentially useless and it's EXTREMELY frustrating. It hardly ever works, and when it does a ton of basic details on listings are missing. As someone else said, it's really embarrassing when in front of clients. Our job is done mostly on-the-go so having a functioning, useful app is crucial.

Terrible user experience/waste of time. The app should make it easier to connect with clients, locate and share properties. It doesn't. I was excited about having a new platform to replace the old app. Oh how I wish I could go back. I don't get notifications, I can't see my clients new favorites, it doesn't sync my clients old favorites and if you want to go back to the previous screen or page it completely closes and you have start all over again. I could go on but I'm out of characters...

It's 2021, why is this app such garbage? It crashes 90% of the time. When it does work, I get loading errors. Or it says it's not connected to the internet when I am connected via cell or Wi-Fi. It's clumsy to use. As much as we pay to the MLS, we should have a decent app. It's completely embarrassing to work with the app when in front of clients trying to get basic info. I have to use the web version or pull out my laptop. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing cache & force stopping

This is slow, sluggish, buggy and doesn't always find houses that are available. When you click on agents phone numbers it displays an error page. Sure the interface is more polished, but the functionality suffers greatly. On both the galaxy s7 and s10 and on an LG v20, all with super fast Wi-Fi so it's definitely not the phones. When are you fixing?

Terrible App. This app should allow you to put in the specifics your looking for and save them. That way as properties are listed that fit your criteria you can be alerted as well as make for easier search. When I put in my specifics no properties come up but if I search areas one by one properties appear. Needless to say this app is trash. Developer go back to the drawing board because this isn't it.

This app is a absolutely not working at all with my Note 10. Very underwhelming as the point of this app is to be able to access MLS on the go. The read more on the listings have never worked, forcing me to view the listing in **shudder *** ZILLOW it stays on a blank screen, and when I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app I get as far as the search bar for which MLS I am affiliated with, without any results showing. Very frustrating I hope this can be fixed soon. Wish there was a 0 star

Very slow, buggy, user interface is dreadful compared to the previous app. Why replace the perfectly good app with this trash I don't know?!! Ability to search and narrow results was so much better on the previous app. There is so much less usable functionality on this one and it is a shoddy replacement for the old version.

This app is so slow it is basically unusable. The old app for my MLS was quirky but once I learned it out worked fine. It was made by this same company. Now they force me to use this. The old app will open but then direct me to this app. It's quite literally useless. I search for a property by name and it finds it in the drop down auto-complete search bar. If I click it is just says searching forever. It doesn't zoom to the listing on the map like the old app. It just sits there. Sucks!

No. Go back to the old version. This test run is too difficult and it will not allow me to search properties as it only shows me properties via map in my area and will not go away so that so can search other areas. Not user friendly. Stick with the version that was available before this test run was initiated.

I just downloaded app since GoNTREIS is going away. While I like look and feel of this app much better, it doesn't show the blue dot on the location. I have an android phone (galaxy s9). On old app, blue location dot automatically showed up for iphone users but android have to hit Nearby to display it; however, with this app blue dot is still not there. I really need that feature showing land! My locations and app permission are on. Also, add acreage filter for residential listings.

Constantly glitchy and disfuncional. The share feature almost never works. I often have to put in search terms over and over again before it loads properly. Often will not clear out old search criteria when I try to look for something else, I have to do it multiple times and keep restarting the app. Plus other little issues. Especially considering how much Realtors pay for MLS access, this app is unacceptably bad

**update 05/14/2020 App is still glitchy and constantly has issues. Crazy slow no matter if on wifi, 4G or otherwise. Such a disappoinment that it is the only option for my MLS. Just a terrible app. *update* the app now let's me log in. However, I really dislike the changes. It is not intuitive, slow, and difficult to use compared to before the update. Recent update won't let me log in. Previously it was an OK app, but now it gives me a failure when I try to log in as an agent. Google Pixel 3.

Easier to log in and get to a property search then NTREIS GO, which is nice. I still have to go into public records to find out what kind of foundation the property has. It would be nice if the user had some control over what information was displayed, and it would be convenient if it would save recent searches.

Usable until you try to look at more than one place. Switching to another app or trying to go back to the map to click on another property causes my entire phone to slow down and take more than a few seconds for the OS to respond again. When this happened more than once, I uninstalled the app.

This app is awful. It rarely opens (just gets stuck on the CanopyMLS opening page), and when it does open, it's not very responsive (ie it takes multiple "clicks" to get things to work) and it randomly shuts down. It's obvious there was very little testing (if any) before pushing this out.

Anytime I try to do a new search and type in the county I want to search in the search bar, it doesn't search that county. Instead it searches the space you see on the map instead. If I didn't already have saved searches from the old app, I wouldn't be able to do a search. This needs to get fix ASAP

I hate the new MLS app. So much information and functionality is missing. Listing date is not on the listing info, you can't schedule directly from the app like before, and you the search results format is awful. You can't go directly to the map view like before.

3/25/20 Not working well. Not showing correct picture with listing. Wrong info. Doesn't provide the same map options as the previous app did. Needs bugs fixed so that realtors can do their job. Especially now when showings and open houses are less of/not an option.3/27/20 Still not very good. Filtered to 371 results and will only show 50. Scroll down and wait bwill not show more. Now matter what the # of actives that come back, 51 or 510, it will ONLY give me 50. Am I the only 1?

Horrible!!!!! I used to use this app for work to see private remarks and showings. Now that they've changed the app ("upgraded"), it flat out does not work. I had to re-install it and now I can't even login. The version before was mediocre at best but at least I could pull up a listing. Now nothing!

App is super glitchy. If you click on a property on the map in one area it wants to take to another part of the map. Not useful. Logging on to your MLS site through your internet browser is faster and more efficient.

It's a great app minus a few things. When viewing a property, and hit "more" for the description nothing loads. It doesn't have the full information page like it does online. Great app, great idea and concept but needs inprovement.

The search feature is inconsistent. It doesn't search MLS#. It's really bad. Update: still terrible. Can't search by zip code only. Can't schedule. Can't multi select filters (annoying) it's not good for agents. I

Doesn't load any listings, constant errors when navigating, put in MLS number and get a result but can't open it, have seen the iOS version and it seems to work so was shocked by the difference (pixel3 guest account) Edit - after uninstall/reinstall and creating an account seems to be working better, going from 1 to 3 stars, I had to uninstall to change my account from guest is ridiculous

The previous GoMLS app was better. This app crashes and creating searches is much more difficult. You cannot search by building address for condos since it recommends specific units, and point of interest gives you all the buildings nearby. Interface is nicer but user experience is more difficult.

Terrible app. The old one was wayyyyy better. I cant find a save favorites feature and its starting to crash on me. The old app imported all the numbers for a listing right into the calculator. This app resets the calculator everytime you go to another listing. TRASH

I didn't like the last app but this one is awful! It wont work. I enter a city and it says 0 results! 1 time results actually came up but they quickly disappeared. I will stick to using the full site on my browser.

This is a terrible app. Slow loading, clunky, and not helpful. Data is limited, and not intuitive in terms of use. I loved the old app and used it all the time. Bring it back please so I don't have to rely on just RPR

Slow as all heck, BUT, much much better than previous version. Search actually works now, and the interface is map based and is so much better amd cleaner. Good update. Next step is make it faster.

Terrible app. Searching for properties is never accurate and glitchy all the way. Not sure they disabled the older version which worked perfectly. Filter search any property and add the MLS number and gives wrong results or no results most of the time.. from MLS to No MLS.

App has been working fine until today. Appears that there's been an update and now I can't get past the user agreement. I hit "accept" but app keeps reverting back to user agreement to either accept or decline. Might I suggest making sure this is 100% since this app is time sensitive and important tool for day-to-day use.
