will not load security questions to identify me. what's the use of having online banking when you cant use it.???

On original Google Pixel, the app will give a "Failed to Initialize" error after taking a picture doing a mobile deposit. On another Pixel phone, the app gives an error of "the network is busy or unavailable" when attempting to login.
This app is terrible. It won't acknowledge my passwords, changes my settings where I can't use my passcode and I am over this. Please fix this app so I can easily access my banking!
