Excellent app...Keep it up, goteam but can you add fingerprint authentication to the app to make it faster . Would love dark theme too...Kudos to you guys. I love the target savings included but there are some bugs. When edit transaction limit is tapped the goapp vanishes and privacy tab is not working.

Go Money was an alternative for me after two of my previous wallet banks messed me up with security breach. It's worked so far for me. I believe the only time I had a challenge was with their recent downtime when airtime recharge and bank transfers failed and I was debited, and could find th debit transaction history on dashboard. I reached out to customer service on the app and they were responsive and helpful. While it's important for them to fix the bugs in the app, I think generally Go Money is a great bank for me. It's unconventional and awesome its own peculiar ways.

This people are very wicked! So after registering and verifying my account, I funded it and got their virtual card for online purchases, but after funding I was unable to use it, they just froze my account for no good reason, I contacted customer care and did as they instructed. It's been 2weeks now and my account is still frozen with my money stuck in there. Please help me beg go money to release my funds, I am no longer interested in using their card for online purchase. I just want my money!

The platform is really good but during their downtime, it can be very stressful to navigate. The customer service team can do better by asking if the customer needs any other service, before closing a ticket.

Useless app, I tried to make a transfer since on 6, April 2022. They deduct the money from my account and the transaction was failed and now they're giving me a fake transaction id. My money is still with you as it shows in the record of all the money that enter my account and it's not included in money out. One of your customer support said my money was refunded after I check it's not been refunded. Scammers

It's really interesting how the team helped resolved a challenge I had in a very timely fashion. Having been in the Customer Service game and knowing how organizations get it wrong on this front in Nigeria, I was impressed with the Gomoney team. Keep it up guys... And thank you!

So far, I've enjoyed the expirience using gomoney....the UI is really nice and easy to navigate, no hiccups so far. Suggestion though, dark mode would look really nice 🙂

This is the worst banking app, people shouldn't waist their time downloading this. For the past one month they couldn't fix one simple issue and every time I complain the keep sending their stupid emails telling me they are working on it. Please refund my money before I sue you guys for fraud. If it's even possible to post a complaint to app store or play store to take this useless app down I would've been very happy.

I downloaded the app and tried to verify myself, but the selfie capture verification is failing after carefully followed the selfie guidelines. The app takes my picture but to verify is a problem. It gives out *Verification Failed* . Kindly help out.

Good App! but, please, make things easier for us on "International card transactions" increase the limit 🙏. We are hoping for $dollar Virtual Card too.

Am having issues with the money that was sent to me from access bank sender was debited but I was not credited till now 20k I domt even understand gomoney bank there customer care service seems to be handle by a bot 🙄 keeps repeating same thing ask for transactions id the 30 digit I provided it still they keep asking for session id which id again na. Am going crazy over here ooo the sender went to access bank print is statement shows the money should be in my account.

Wow, I love this. It's easy to navigate, great response time. The user interface and experience is just mind blowing. Kudos guys. Now I can rest easy using this app for my transactions. 😌😌

This app is terrible, I would not advice anyone to use, missing fund and no word from customer service. This kind of app ought to have customer care line to reach out to them on time. They just go silent on me. Is this the way to treat a customer or it's another scamming method. Anyway I'm stopping to use you guys. Please refund my money

This app is becoming something else💔, I tried to transfer money from my gomoney account I was wrongly debited, and the transaction was not successful and the worst thing is the transaction is not on my transaction history 🤦 and they keep asking for my transaction screenshot. Please you guys should refund my money

This is the worst banking app I've ever come across. What sort of a bank app do you use that deducts money from your account balance without details of transaction in transaction history. Avoid using Gomoney, your funds is not safe with them.

Interesting Project. Was recommended to me by someone, regards virtual cards and linking it to Paypal for easy PayPal verification, am loving the app, Pls make provisions for Dark themes and then it would be perfect 👍......... 7 Stars for this App if I could. Keep the good stuff coming And please improve on easy and quick verification of BVN and NIN.

Currently the worst now in resolving issues, pray you dont have issues from Pending deposit to card issues, you would never get a positive feedback. Disadvantage of digital Banking

Here's another trshy so called app impersonating the word "Digital Bank", when getting enrolled infact have a longer, glitchy delayed procedure than actually getting an account with a standard bank(takes a minute with just bvn). Go Money uses longer duration to get you enrolled. Try its alternatives.

You guys are superb keep it up,but I want to suggest if you can add email as a means of accessing the account it could be better instead only phone number.

I can't register because I can't get past the "Re-enter your Passcode" page. It keeps giving me an error message that says "We encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again. And I've tried a couple of times, but I still receive thesame error message. Please 🙏, what should I do?🙏 🙏

Go money is a great app. It is very easy to use, and also accessible. It is also very convenient. I don't have to worry about losing my money in the wallet any longer. Thank u guys, u did a great and marvelous job👍👍👍

I started using gomoney app in place of other wallet banking platforms for a while now. While all my cash transactions have been so far seamless, its outlook & user interface is simple & comprehensible. I'd place gomoney before others anytime & any place.

Registration, Verification failures, not properly integrated with other payment channels. The app is half baked, it says you need tier 2 level to use virtual card, then request tier 3 to create one. Absolute joke for a financial service provider.

I really want to use this app. But everytime I try to create an account. It shows an error message. I've installed twice and it's still the same thing.

The app is so seamless and easy including the login. Gomoney has helped me save money by making me understand my money spending habits better through my spend tracker which has made me cut down on unnecessary expenses

Okay so I can't sign up don't really know why. After adding my 4 digits password so I can login later, it shows error can't process my request.

Great customer service, a bit buggy here and there but definitely a good experience overall.

Good application, works perfectly well..... No difficulty in accessing the features.

It will be unfair if I don't edit my previous review. This bank is very reliable and trustworthy.. I had just one issue when my money was deducted due to error on the app and after complain my money was returned. Which in some other bank it will be hard.
