A lot of customer are facing the same issues. The app stopped working and there are unused credits.
Topped up during the promo period. Now i try to get into the app after the update and its not loading.
Bad application. Ordered a drink and waited 10mins for it, the drink was not made because they ran out of an ingredient. There was no notification on it and it was only after I asked that it was made

Has English option. Does not show Australia branch options. Cannot find shop barcode scanner for loyalty membership (sign says to download this app to scan the barcode?) and no kilojoules information.

paid with Paylah as per app bit did not get the rebate in app or in paylah? no help button in app. pls help rectify

This app is a scam, it's just stuck at one page not working at all.
giving this 5 stars because of stupid Australians giving this 1 star and complaining that they cant use it outside Singapore when the title of the app literally says SG. on a side note the UI is really quite ugly i hope they do something about it

Load my money through paylah but doesn't reflect on the app. Money has been deducted from paylah too
Hey I just topped up for $50 but the card doesn't get reflected in my wallet.
Somehow the app can't load anymore after I topped up during the promo period? Even during CB, we should be able to use this to pay for our deliveries especially since the credits will expire within a year. Is this a scam or what?
