Details: ‘Goniometer Records’ not only records the range of motion of all joints but also helps you keep a record of all the readings so you can compare patient’s readings at various visits. Especially for surgeons and therapists who are following up a patient at regular intervals. Goniometer is based on accelerometer technology and tested for its accuracy by scientific methods with paper published in peer review Journal. It is simple to use and very accurate. I put a 1, as there is no place for zero stars. Downloaded it, used it for one measurement, thought it worked great, put a person's name in incorrectly, then couldn't edit it. Uninstaller and reinstalled. Figured I'd put person's profile in first, but only apparent way to a profile is via a new measurement when the option for new or one in the file comes up...reinstalled would not measure correctly..Uninstaller the app.
The app is more reliable than a visual estimate, however, spine ROM is still best measured with tape in my opinion. Also, tilting the phone across the x, y and z axes seems to mess the measurement up.
Great app for measuring knee angles. would be better if saving the info was easier and didn't have so many required fields. other than that it's great!
No longer working, needs an update. You can get measurements but can't save anything. Back to the old pen & paper.
I just tried this app & it measured my knee & the number went into the appropriate place. I then entered other information for a new patient & when I hit save it said measurement must be entered which it was, but I couldn't save anything!
The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is that I purchased a paid version and I'm still not able to access it..!!

Does not work with Note 4. Will not start. Reinstalled and no help. Does not work with Lollipop
Recent TKR....I have used this all along and it is very close to the readings my PT got. I still use it as I approach my 6 month mark. Trying for 130° Thanks for the app..love it!

Works very smooth.
When turning towards 90deg it jumps from 85 to 97, it can t find 90. Id also like to see it calculate absolute angles in relation to vertical and horizontal planes.
It works well but you're limited to 25 readings and then you must pay.
Easy to use. Storage of results within individual patient profiles is very useful. My only complaint is the persisting issue failing to document the correct date. The date is consistently recorded as that of the previous day. Addition of the time as well as the date of the reading would further enhance the app's usefulness.
