Seriously, please fix your "Set up using Blackberry Work" function. As a corporate user, I am very frustrated. Choosing the option does nothing, even though my Work app is fully authorized and running. The other option of using the authentication key goes to a running wheel and never moves to the next step.
This app has fantastic functionality and awesome features, but it's only as good as your company's mobile team and security/risk policies. All these negative reviews are unwarranted. Talk to your IT dept; they're the only ones that can turn your frown upside down.
Unlike many of the other reviewers, this has always reliably worked for me. Perhaps I'm the exception.
Extremely slow and prohibits file sharing across blackberry apps. For instance you cannot attach a file saved via Blackberry Edit in Access. Access opens local storage when uploading files whereas Work and Edit use encrypted local storage.
Useless app. Do nothing but giving me a hard time to access what I need. Just another password
I would give it a zero if I could. Never saves credentials. Loading sites is very slow. Clunky UI that often times does not work.
This app simply doesn't work the majority of the time. The passeird screen will constantly pop up and interrupt what you are doing.
Need to reinstall every month. It does not accept the password which is valid. Same password works well once reinstalled. It is not upgrade that I install. Just uninstall and install same app, fixes the 'Contact your admin' error.
App is very jittery. Screen flashes and crashes the launcher. Need this from time to time, so sad to see it doesn't work on my device.
Everyone is downloading and reinstalling so it is painfully slow. Tons of issues and I hate that we use it at work.
I made a mistake in my password, did not give me an option to set a new password, nor is asking me a code to scan?, This is impossible to do it, I need for my workit is very inconvenient, I deleted the app and try to install again but goes straight to the code to scan, what a bad experience 😞
Consistent issues with app crashes. The blackberry email app is fine but access is a terrible browser to use.
I had this app for more than a year for work purposes and it worked fine up until a week ago. It was taking too long to open, I had to uninstall it and now I can't install it back onto my phone.
token app needs simplification. when it asks specifically for a number to be entered, why wouldnt you automatically pop up the numeric keypad??????????
It runs very very slowly on my Redmi Note 5 pro (android version 9). Every intranet link of company websites take 5 or more minutes to load. The same links on my company VM desktop takes less than 10 seconds.
Its taking a while to load. I am connected to wifi with good connections but still, its always freezing.
Intranet sites take a ridiculously long time to load. I used to think this is my company specific issue, but looking at all the reviews here, it seems to be a generic one... And no fix had been released for this
I hate this UI. It feels like using software from a decade ago. Now I understand why blackberry lost to iPhones and Androids.
Not able to navigate to any page due to popup blocked by policy. Not able to understand that what is the use of this app, if it doesn't allow me to check any page.
It's a really frustrating user experience that I would pay money not to use. It's sad that technologically advanced companies still use blackberry apps.
Drafts folder is no longer accessible in folder list. Can only get to drafts through advanced search.
Failed to work, after recent update on my Android. You know that beta release from the androids and other OS providers are for some reason right? So that apps providers can code and make it backward compatible?
its very good application, just after recent update fingerprint recognition is not working on android device.
unable to use any app except email. Yammer, espeedbuy, etc all ask for additional user name and password which none of mine work.
Been trying to UNinstall and REinstall to get this app to work, but it's been STUCK in UNINSTALL mode (and STILL pending!) for the last 3 hours!! UGH!!
app does not integrate well with BlackBerry Work on Pixel; frequently freezes/crashes when handing off
Pathetic app. Always has some or the other issue. Since latest update access always gets stuck at authentication.
Was working fine but after this latest update I can't even open the app it crashes immediately. Completely useless now.
