Good&Co: Career match tests

Menus are nicely designed and colourful, and the quizzes work well. Unfortunately, it doesn't really achieve what it sets out to do which was, as I saw it, to suggest jobs that suit your personality and working style. After you complete all the quizzes it gives you rather vague suggestions for job types but nothing concrete. It then basically leaves you to search for yourself using the built in search, which doesn't give any suggestions for jobs that match you in your local area.

I use their quizzes for practically everything and everyone. I've talked about it with friends, used it in training sessions about the power of data, and have repeatedly redone the tests to check in with myself. The app itself is super smooth and user friendly. I truly respect the Good&Co team's work and meticulousness and will always be a fan!

It's offering you more of a general advice, but yet it's very helpful. Though I prefer to get to know myself better by taking tests like personality quizzes or career quizzes etc. What's good about this app is, you can compare your traits (from the tests results you've got here) to the qualification that other companies offered. Wouldn't say it's 100% accuracy since we humans are changing all the time, but it definitely gives you an idea to better finding the career you want.

No ability to go back if you make a mistake during a quiz to change an answer. Poor layout. Not user friendly or intuitive. Good potential and and idea though. Guessing it's based on Myers-Briggs personality models, albeit somewhat dumbed down version, based on the questions but doesn't actually tell you a result or provide a debrief.

It's interesting and well made. Seems like a fun way to expand your experience with job vacancies which you may not have otherwise considered. I retook my quizzes 3 times because what started out as pretty close became less true as it went on. I'm not very social at all but according to this I'm a super sociable person. It says I avoid leadership roles? I'm actively searching for one lol. Interesting everytime i took the quiz I ended up with a different outcome. Highly bizarre.

The app does what it says. Great for if you're in the market for discovering your strengths and weakness. I have not finished all the quizes yet, but looks good so far. Especially great for those in the early parts or paths of their career's.

This is the best career assesment app I've found so far! You complete quizzes to better understand your personality; and based on those quizzes, you get a better idea of what job/career is suited for you. Also, I've gotten an introvert/extrovert scale, and it was spot on! I would HIGHLY recommend this app!

It's amazing to see what job matches your personality. It gives alot of detail and explanation. If you don't understand a question you can rephrase it. It is brilliant as it gives you actually job adverts/applications that go with test results. Great app.

Obviously isn't as accurate as meeting career advisors face to face, however it got my habits, strengths and weaknesses pretty on point in the quizzes. Just very interesting and reflection is one of the most important things, especially when thinking about getting a job or still trying.

-It doesn't let you know what jobs are best for you, but a general advice. -It accesses your contacts info without permission! When it claimed that it values privacy. I expected it to be different from other quizzes you find on internet but that's not the case. Job match isn't relevant but general outlook of those companies.

Uninstalled immediately due high security/privacy-invasion risk. Contrary to the implication in their standard response to this reason for uninstalling, there is no choice in allowing access to contacts before using. It should realistically read, "Find insights about yourself through our quizzes and discover culture fit jobs matched to your personality! However, if you DO NOT want to check your personality fit with friends and coworkers you DO NOT have the option of NOT connecting your contacts - we are having your contacts or you are not using our app." This permission should be requested only when the specific function requires it so that the user can make a choice in continuing, this would allow all other functionality to remain uninhibited. It is either poor app-coding or has a nefarious motivation behind it. I may check back in a few months as the concept is interesting but for the moment, the company goes on the not-trusted list.

So far, no glitches in the app. This app wasn't what I expected {expected typical job search engine} and im a bit happy about that. There quizzes available to help guide you toward your strengths/weaknesses, etc along with organization culture that may best suit you. I recommend this app to aid in job search.

It seems to have a fun approach to profiling your innate skills and traits and then extrapolating how well those veins of your personality interact with the requirements of specific vocations or fields of employment. I know a few people have had a bad experience based on the reviews, but so far I'm quite pleased with it! It might provide an hereto unknown view of your own psyche, it might not! Either way, it's been enjoyable to do the quizzes, so one has to be thankful for that at least!

Great application and excellent insight to understand yourself better. One issue I have is that when I closed the app and reopened it, the app requested the best email for recruiters to get hold of me. I entered my email and app stated that the email is already registered, so I cannot enter my account anymore.

This app is great when you're trying to asses yourself for a resume. it could potentially help you see areas in your life you need to improve, or tune down. I would recommend it to everyone.

So how exactly do you increase accuracy??? Doesn't matter if you do all the quizzes and add various accounts. If the accuracy is so low, how can anybody tell you are what the results say you are?? So what is the point? Shame as it could be quite good and useful but with constant low accuracy, it's dropped the ball.

Such an uplifting, creative and fun app. All this, while still being a great source for self improvement and production. Takes away all my fears of trying to figure out my future, while still offering awesome networking tools and tons of motivation! I love this app!!!

Love the quizzes that give you a little insight to your work personality. I dislike that the job results are related to your current job title only, that the listed tend to be dated, and the job search doesn't give you a variety of results. They should keep the quizzes, but have a normal job search like indeed and call it a day.

Question are terrible. One was about heights. Would you rush to look at the scenery being close to the edge of a cliff or rush away from the cliff. It compared the question to watching videos are dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid makes no link at all.

Fun, but there is no way to increase the accuracy on your own once you've dont the handful of quizzes and for some reason I apperently have a job now (got an email saying I got my comfy slippers award) when I don't and now the app wont work. Good idea, but it's too shallow and need a lot more quizzes to be good.

All the intrusiveness of LinkedIn and then some but with a much smaller userbase and less utility. The downsides are apparently offset by the dubious addition of goofy magazine-style personality quizzes. I suggest not bothering.

Fun, insightful and quite accurate. The job aspect, I haven't really explored, but the quiz results were quite on par with my personality.

Good and quick to use, easy interface, interesting results. Early stages of using so not sure in the long term. So far so good.

Well i didn't even get to really try it. First you have to make an account, so I tried to sign in with google. But then this app asked for permission to read MY CONTACTS? and I told it no, like i always will for any apps, and it wouldnt let me sign in. So if I can't make an account without letting yall have access to my contacts I'm deleting this app.

Useless. I was trying to find job ideas, and it just kept sugesting things like uber. It doesnt take into account intelligence, school degrees, and you cant delete the jobs you dont want to do from the suggested list, so it will never suggest jobs like vet or doctor. Needs a lot of work, which is sad as i was really hoping this could help me.

Why do you have to download all my contacts and why is there no choice to refuse and still use the app, I would have used the app if that was the case, there is no need for you to take all my contact information. Seen alot of other people conplain about this, it's a serious issue that needs resolving if you want most people to use this app.

nice app for job searching with an emphasis on finding the right job for you based on what you like and what your personality is. I would recommend it to try out as it is intriguing, though I have not taken a job through their recommendations yet, so I do not know how well the app does it's job.

Only had the app for a few hours so this is first impressions. I love the quizzes and the concept that this matches you to your ideal job but an Uber driver is definitely not it!
