Need two added functions. The ability to split a time period you are modifying and to have shipping documents autopopulate for several days. The first will let us split a time, say sleeper birth, into SB and off duty time. The second will keep us from having to input the same document number repeatedly every day we see on a load.
Constantly must sign off and in again daily just to bring logs current. Every day I need to start drive log manually or on occasion I have to verify unaccounted drivetime. Also throughout the day I have to keep synchronizing logs to bring upto the minute. This is not a "Good Deal GPS".
Worst app ever, Always getting Loading Loading Loading and after that app is shut down. Customer service is even worse, tried to contact them about the problem they are not answering, not even via email. Macedonians company that is terrible with customers service, cuz is located in Macedonia and the office in Illinois is closed. Stay away from this app!
3 days now still no update ,,,and a week later still nothing,,,,,,,, still no update,,,hit updayte button and for almost 10. Hrs the circle spun an spun. No update still how aggravating No real details, i hit update button and 8-10 hrs later the little circle is still spinnin and everytime i up date thru my day it says update avalable but never happins,im sitting here now watching it do nothin a d my guess i. 10 hrs from now nothing will happin
I left a review earlier complaining about this elegant. Took a nap and called support and he helped me fix everything in less than 5 minutes.
There are better eld's out there. This one cant comprehend how to log it's own information or remember when I change status.

Bull service they never answer the phone if you want to get a hold of them don’t pay them and all of a sudden they are available if you don’t want a headache.........go with a different provider they truly fu***** suck didn’t let me rate 0 so I had to give them one🤬

Technical support always close when you need them. I can't drive my truck because the eld is not working im stuck and i have to wait for technical support to open tomorrow.
I just passed a DOT inspection with no violations. Good deal!
Log cycle Bug fix isn't working. 10/15/19. Shows 70 hour HOS violation when there is NOT A VIOLATION. Doesn't show up in INSPECTION MODE but shows on LOG PAGE. On going issue for months. Developer does not respond to numerous emails.
