Crashes and have to reinstall all the time
This app is the worst, but if you are forced to use it for work, then you have no good alternatives.
Unresponsive app, especially the purpose is for business user make it worse.
Blackberry, you guys should wake up. The market is moving so forward and you are still here... I think the smug attitude should go away

Constantly have problems receiving emails and connecting to the network, have to manually connect often to refresh emails. Search function is not great, and subfolders frequently do not sync up in real time. Formatting on calendar invitations look funky on desktop (especially when including attachments). No fingerprint option for droid.
I feel that this Android version is inferior compared to the iOS one. The lack of fingerprint authentication, acerbated by lengthy and complex password requirement, is making it troublesome to open in my opinion. The UX when displaying a list of emails is sub par in my view, because there is no option to group them by conversation. BlackBerry, please add those features in the Android version of this app.
I can't believe this app hasn't updated to a modern app or... I don't know match the future ctionality of it's apple equivalent. What a load of trash. My other phone has browser enabled for my intranet but there is a whole different set of requirement on the technical side to get the browser to work on Android. Stupid on a different level.
On my Google Pixel 2, this app send/receive email only on wifi. On phone data it just not working. I tried everything from network settings reset to wipe the phone and start from scratch but the issue persists. I switched to different phone but same issue there as well. IT admin wiped my profile but issue persists. Dev team.. please look into this and try to release a fix for this.
Using notification log, realized that this app is just sending notifications for no reason. Not only that, but the interface is junk and the constant notification that it's either in persistent mode or repeatedly telling me it's offline. This app is garbage and if it wasn't the corporate solution I'd dump it in a second.
Terrible email & calendar client with underwhelming features, missing core functionality, laggy or absent notifications, frequently unstable and average UI. As a "how bad?" example: you can't attach files to emails. Ever. Under any circumstances. "Ah yes, but security!" you say? Not really as you can forward an email with an attachment so you spend a lot of time using Gmail to attach stuff you then forward with Good. In a word: Aaaaauuuugggghhhhh.
Constant Notifications & Poor Sync. I've got notifications turned off, but I'm constantly getting notifications the app is locked. I know it's locked! I want to check my email and calendar when it's convenient for me. Also, when I do check email, it goes back days and loads emails I've already deleted. I have to manually sync over and over again to get an up to date folder. This app is light years behind other corporate email/calendar apps. Inconvenient and tiresome to use it.
name is a misnomer, should be "horrible for enterprise". it's basically a stalling app. stops working all the time, and since today I cannot even restart it. it often claims that I'm offline (and fails to replicate) while all other apps including my browser are accessing the internet just fine. it can't even insert a picture or attach a file to an email - except you go to the gallery and share via good - which means you can email only one file at a time. so this app is best avoided!
One of the worst app in playstore. I am forced to use it for work emails. Mails doesn't show up for hours and then suddenly all of them come at once. No copy paste option, can't edit DL, can't search for email subjects...list is too long to mention everything here...
This ended my depression. I love how it can wipe my phone remotely. If you are one of those IT folks, use this gift from God in your business. If you don't, you are an idiot for not using this. My only criticism is that I can't give this 6 stars. This app truly lives up to its name.
No finger print security, crashes every so often and won't pickup email until I restart. As a result I have missed loads of urgent emails and last minute meetings. Poor half baked app. If I had a choice I would never use it.
This app only gets 1 star because it does in fact send and receive email... When it feels like it. The UI is ugly and clunky, it takes forever to update between sessions, and it logs you out constantly. It also has significantly less functionality than the iOS version. Works best over WiFi, but "best" for Good is like the bare minimum for Gmail.
Unable to cut and paste emails address or context within emial, not able to delete or modify part of a pending forwarded email. It looks like first email created.. no extra feature other than typing and sending.
Hit a maximum capacity with emails and can no longer receive anything new. Deleting emails and keeping the bare minimum sync level (that you cannot change, annoyingly) does absolutely nothing. As of now, the app is useless for me and the setup is too annoying to attempt reinstalling. No fingerprint login is ridiculous when the iOS app has it
Had it on for 3 days. Stopped syncing but I'm still connected. This is one of the most clunky and poorly written apps I have used.
App is better aligned with Apple products which is unfortunate. Keeps crashing on my Galaxy causing me to at least monthly to uninstall, reinstall, get authorization from my company again to get access, etc. Also fingerprint unlock only available on Apple even though an available feature for many apps on Android.
Absolute Garbage. Lengthy password requirements with no fingerprint auth. Terrible interface (think windows 95 squeezed onto a smart phone). Persistent notification clogging up my lock screen. Unreliable syncing. Blackberry really missed the mark with this one.
Complete junk. Without warning, it resets the password so that I have to remove it as an administrator then uninstall and reinstall it followed by spending at least an hour on hold waiting. For an activation code.great use of my time .also offers no way to search through emails looking for a keyword in the body of the email.... if you don't know exactly how the email is titled , you're out of luck.
Inconsistent. Frequently disconnects, doesn't allow for consistent delivery of email. No fingerprint option. Can't edit a replied to or forwarded email. Frustrating app
Horrible. Barely compatible with Android 8.0. Updates emails some days, others does not. Forced to use for work, but would delete in a heartbeat if I could.
This is one of the worst app ever I have seen and used. It doesn't receive or send emails after few weeks and I have to reinstall it to purge its database. It asks many permissions that it doesn't even need it!. This app is for IOS, the developers didnt even spend a day to make it compatible for Andriod. It would be great if google removes this app from store, untill they hire few developers and make an Android one!
App is not so user friendly. Doesn't support cut/copy/paste in emails. Cannot forward email. Very complex password requirement and doesn't support finger print login. App doesn't always on to show notification when new email has arrived or calendar notification. Overall not satisfied with app.
Takes 10 minutes to receive emails (which come instantly on the iOS version). No fingerprint login is hard to believe. Terrible app.
Lacking features compared to the iOS version, poor interface, attempts to have a reading pain of text is set to small on Pixel 2 Xl. It is functional but certainly not nice to use.
I've used several email clients but this is by far the worst. I'm unable to search email content only search the sender. Several other complaints, no time to list all.
