Good Morning

Ever since upgrading to a nexus 6p and marshmallow, I can no longer choose which folder the music is in. The app just shows the folder as empty. I then put 2 mp3s in the alarms folder and it saw them but the alarm was silent when it went off and doesn't actually play anything. Would love to use it again if I could but am not going to risk it

This used to be my favorite app, but since upgrading to Marshmallow, like others, it barely works. The alarm doesn't go off when it's supposed to, so as an alarm it's unusable. When testing, it cannot find music for playback, and when i choose one of the alarm ringtones, it doesn't work either. I'll have to find a new alarm or use the stock one until it's fixed, but as a Pro paid member, I am NOT happy about this situation. Please update the app to work with Marshmallow ASAP!

I was really excited for this, but reading the weather doesn't work at all. All the other features require the paid version, even setting more than one alarm. So basically its a single alarm app that can read a sentence to you. Very very disappointed, but if the weather feature actually worked I would buy the paid version for the other neat features (assuming they actually do what it says they do) Incredible idea, poorly executed.

Doesn't see music on SD cards in the new incarnation. Samsung galaxy 4 active. Finally, this is the first time in weeks the weather worked, now if you could only figure out the music player part, we would be back to what it was before you started screwing with the code.

It used to work like a charm, but over the last month or so has started giving incorrect info (saying PM instead of am, mis-speaking the time). It never played a song to wake me up though, even though that choice was selected. It's been an adventure every morning to see what it will say. This morning however, it woke me by telling the time, didn't tell the weather, and I dismissed it. A full minute later, it started playing the alarm song with no way to dismiss it. I had to kill the process somehow.

Great features for an alarm app; weather forecast can give you the forecast for wherever you happen to be, based on GPS. Great feature! Works great for me in the USA. Can also read calendar entries in paid version, terrific. And math problem to solve means I have to actually wake up. ; )

Used to work fine on my old Razor. Got the Turbo 2 now and the only thing that works is the speech. No alarm and no music regardless of whether the media is stock, on SD or from another app. If the alarms and music worked I'd give it 5 stars for sure. Also, it can't read the weather either. Please fix!!!

I have used this app for years. Simple. Great interface, huge snooze button, greetings. The last two updates have rendered it useless. Failed to go off for a week. Now every time the alarm sounds it says, "sorry, audio failed". No alarm sound. Uninstalled. Up date. Updated my phone to android 6.0 Still does not work. No support either. Avoid.

It does a lot more than it says! Really, this exactly what I was looking for. The only complaints I have about it are the fact that I can't seem to find any of my songs because the "Choose Music" option makes it really hard to find your stuff, and that the alarms I choose that aren't "native" ringtones from my phone simply don't work. Aside of that, it's pitch perfect.

I've used this app for years and really liked it, but in the last 2-3months it has failed to alarm 1-2 times per week. Tried to contact developer, but the email address appears to be invalid. May have to ditch it.

*Update* does not see any directories on SD card where my Music files are. Emailed Dev but website is gone; not a good sign. Good Morning was the Best! alarm app for Android (RAZR Maxx, 4.1.2?) featuring selectable wake-up music and a speaking alarm that provides, time, daily calendar appointments, and local weather forecast. It is worth every penny of the small Pro Key cost.

What good is an alarm that never works? I set it and it shows it will work the next morning. Then I wake up to no alarm, minutes after the alarm was supposed to work. And the status shows as it being set. Instead, it says it is ready to go the next day. This alarm is fine when it works, but this is becoming increasingly rare these days. Nexus 7 Android 4.4 (Kit Kat)

I think that the app was abandoned by the developer. He does not respond to emails and some features don't work anymore . Dev, please give it to someone else who can take care of it.

How can you guys think tht dis app is gud. What can b worse. No 24 hr time settin an it dusn even go off at the rite time. Wtf. It jus takes ya 2 the play stor 2 show u uvver crrap apps like itself. Guys CAUTION stay away !!!! Btw soz if any of yus cant understand slang cuz then basicaly wat I mean is it duzn work. Flywheel Im sooo dissapointed :(

He's overdue for an update. Works fine for about a week. Then gives part of wakeup. Then stops totally so unreliable as a wake up. Sad as it has potential.

I used to love this app. Now, it crashes when read calendars is checked, and can't get weather. These are simple fixes requiring changing apis. Dev is obviously no longer supporting. App still has limited function. Reads time and date. Update: after app update, it works wonderfully again on my GS3...5 star!

I have had this app for over a year and after switching to an S4, it seems to pick and choose when it will work. I have been late one time too many. Uninstalling and very unhappy about it. Don't know if it's a compatibility problem or the app alone. Boohiss.

Frustrating that when I search for the Music Directory I want to use, I'm placed in the system root and I can't find a way to the storage directory where my music is! All I see is ".system", "acct", "cache", "carrier", etc and none of these folders take me to the Device Storage. Would really like some help on this one, not going to use the app if I can't shuffle my music.

Now sadly not worth its money. Unable to play personal alarm sounds on JB. Will only play default Samsung tones. I suspect it is unable to play mp3 files on JB. All i get now is "sorry music playback failed." Better to get the Timely app. It's the complete package in one. Alarm, timer stopwatch, clock. And it can be synced with other android devices like you wouldn't believe. Good morning? Good grief! Uninstalled. Good riddance.

To a great extent i got what I have been searching for a while.. I wish there were options to change the tones.. Like somtimes, u feel like hearing a sweet, pampering voice.. For kids or someone whoz lonely..

I've been using this app for years with various devices without any problems. New phone and this was one of my first installs. Have discovered that sadly this app will have to be replaced as it's no longer a reliable alarm. The alarm turns off as soon as I move or rotate my phone which means I sleep in. Not good. EDIT: tried to contact dev via email link given here and the email address is no longer valid. Looks like it is time to replace this app

I used to love this app, now the alarm only goes off some of the time, making it unusable.

As others have said, doesn't support the new operating systems. Just gives errors

It's not working anymore (the alarm does not go off) - i just deleted it from my LG G2. Really hope the developer updates it soon.

Downloaded and tested last night and it worked fine. This morning it never went off. Luckily I set a backup alarm Galaxy gs3 JB

Used to love this app. With the android framework changing, no longer functional. Sorry to have to replace it.

I have loved this program for a long time. But not now! I bought a new LG and the app doesn't work! What a bummer and to think I paid for this app! Last update was in 2012 - shame on the author for not keeping up with the latest operating systems and new smartphones!

Best alarm around. I have been using it for years. Having it read my email calender makes it the best around. Pay for it if you use work email on your phone or use your calender a lot.

This used to be a great app. Over the past year the app has declined into a nearly non working application. Developer hasn't offered any updates so apparently this app has come to the end of its life. What a shame.
