Good News Bible

This Bible is great. Simplified version, but I don't like the search engine/option. Anyway, I myself only wanted any simplified version. When searching, the app wants you to write the exact arrangement of words, eg, if you search, "Jesus said," quit alright Scriptures will come, but when you search "Said Jesus," the Scriptures on Jesus said won't come.

Good, but annoying. The content is what I need, but wanting to concentrate on the content and having to deal with annoying adverts takes away your concentration, this will put off many. I would just rely on my physical bible then instead of using an app that have a lot of destruction, deviating one from the aim. Also can you include pictures which are the physical bible. Fix it, if you still need audience whom I know you targeted.

Some of the ads are inappropriate. And the secular commentary that sets up each chapter is missing although it is found in the Good News Bible versions I am used to.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Too many adds at every click, that is not good for someone trying to pray, it defeats the purpose of the bible, i have the king james verson without any adds or interruption, i downloaded this bcos i prefer the good news,it is well explanatory but with ads on every click it is not worth it. You can't even use the app in church, it just plays the adds and disgraces you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I will uninstall immediately.

I love this app it's just great . U can highlight text ,copy it, share it and more and how it has been divided into two parts is cool also the text is clear an understandable just love it😊😘

Easy to read and understand. But there are too many ads making it less interesting to open. It pops out anytime you open a page.

The bible is awesome simplified nice,the problem is alot of ads and they take long to end.its so annoying. Am trying the King James version

Advertisement is too much irritating. It starts as soon as u open the app. On every action there is an ad.

I like my Bible. But this app/Bible is annoying with just too many ads, one timed out and onto next...come on, which is first, money or the word of God. Sorry but need to delete it.. going for a ads free Bible. ZERO star for now.....but forced me give you something so one star...really it's a zero from me..where is the option for zero star....

The APK provides sensational and clarified readings as it moreless appears in the physical good news Bible making it reliable but the interupting aspect are the ads popping up. That's why it takes 4stars from me. Thanks t it's developers

The adverts alone a such a distraction. Looking at other bible Apps and the premise that a bible study must be done with minimal distractions. I propose the developer reconsiders the advert part otherwise better have a hard copy bible than this App.

The app has too many ads popping up, which disturb when reading the bible. Some scriptures are also missing. Wouldn't recommend one to download it

First of all, the content of this is New International Version not Good news and why will a Bible app have ads??? You tap on a book, ads, you tap a chapter, ads, it's too much fgs. I think you guys lost the aim of producing a Bible app 🤦🏽‍♀️ UNINSTALLED!

I love the app Please I have a suggestion, why not add a search dictionary in it so as if too hard to understand a word you'd recommend a dictionary No app has this, I'm just the one thinking about it now Maybe that'd help promote the app more coz it'd be so pretty much good 😊 From 🇨🇲

It's an amazing app except and the option for background color changes should be included (considering those with sight problems)

This isn't an updated version of the Good News Bible. Some of the verses aren't complete in comparison with the hard copy of the Bible. Couldn't even find some of the books including Sirach. Kindly check and update. There's also always an ad. Why?

Finally I found the Good News Bible app,its easy to read and understand..we need to give time to know the words of GOD.

Not all scriptures are in this app. Love it though. It's easy to read and the bookmark feature helps in saving favorite verses.

The in-app adverts are too frequent and close to each other, quite distracting.

A simple bible. Very similar to the hard copy. Though, the omission of the apocrypha is a let down.

Good News Bible app is an excellent app for the Bible readers,the Gosple preachers and teachers, the Bible scolars because it is easy and understandable to read it is my Bible of experiance i rate it 100% and iwould humbly request the World to down load this app on your phones too. Bitooke Friday.

Too many ads. Ads after every page is not a good thing. Especially for a bible. You're trying to meditate on the word and ads keep popping up

Very bad!!not because of the content but multiple adverts that became distractions.. Please bibles shouldn't be intended for businesses but salvation and redemption of mankind.

Its so helpful exactly what one needs to strengthen their spiritual life infact the app doesn't have too many problems expect for some times when it chooses not to open but it doesn't take long before it even opens again!!!!i enjoy everything about it

Contains most annoying ads each and every time you press back or start you have to deal with ads which is really really annoying.

I read through and find out that this app is more helpful, it is written in simple english so new English speakers can easily understand it clearly. Therefore I put five stars......

This app is awesome, but I think they should try to include the images (pictures) as it is in the main physical Bible, then Jesus' words should be printed in red ink. Thanks
