Good Old Jigsaw Puzzles

I love this app very much, but I can't get in to finish a puzzle I started. I get the home screen, and there's a blue icon in the left top corner and when it's done; it still doesn't load. HELP, HELP!!!!!

Great puzzles but ads every 9 min. It's easy to close them out... Just a lot of them. To the developers, please make it easier to open puzzles that have been started. Each time it closes out or times out, you have to reselect the puzzle and preferences. It would be better to have an automatic launch that includes preferences so that the user doesn't have to reselect everything.

I really like the app. But it kinda bugs me when I'm looking through what's available, or my own puzzles, & I can't go back to what I was looking at without starting over again. Sometimes, if I put a group of puzzle pieces together outside of it's area, they will get stuck & I can't move them, no matter what I do, so I can't complete the puzzle. This has happened more than once. For the most part, other than that & the ads every 8 minutes, it's pretty cool. Some more music 🎵 would be nice too.

So Far Okay. I would like darker back boards and the ability to turn off the light-up when the pieces match. This would conserve energy, for me anyway. I havent read the "puzzle news" and havent a clue to what the prizes are. I thought this was a totally free puzzle. But there are in-game charges from 99¢ up. Overall, this seems to be fun, soothing with the awesome music choices (my own), my own picture puzzles too. I might keep this a little longer and play it. ♒ EDITED 03-17-19♒ Thank you.

I just lost all my content (3rd time) in the middle of the Halloween tournament. 🤨 Very aggravating. I don't understand why I'm connected thru Facebook if when I log on thru FB it doesn't retrieve my points/puzzles, etc... I've had to restart from the beginning the last 2 times I got a new phone. Please fix this so I don't lose all my puzzles and points as I will be getting a new phone soon! Would be 5 stars if these issues were fixed. Thanks!

Always having problems connecting to the internet. Cannot navigate from one set of puzzles to another without going back to home page

The best puzzle game ever💜😀 I can't access anyone to fix the problem of the game not opening i have been playing the game for years and i miss it it is not me internet connection or tablet all other games I have work fine. I have not been able to access the game for two days it will not download and open past the first access to the game Saturday May 24 7:25 AM The puzzles will not open and my internet connection is fine this has been gling on fir twl days🤔🤔😠😠

GUTTED!! Best game EVER and been a member for years!! But 2nd time in the last year it says "the internet connection" is not working, which is not the case. Again had to un-install and re-install game, now I lost all my achievements and still wont work :( Please help?!

Does not connect to server. I can't complete the challenges. Kinda ruins the fun. Update 11-16-20, the server issue happens randomly. So you'll go a day or a day and a half not connected to the server and lose progress during tournaments or your daily activity. Really frustrating. Kind of losing interest.

I love this puzzle, the only thing I don't like about this puzzle, is that it does not lock. It is hard to get from one place to the next, because it does not lock properly, and going from one level to the next level is difficult. Do not like this puzzle anymore, the Ads are numerous, makes puzzles uninteresting, will delete this puzzle. Thank you for the information, will do.

Used to love this but not any more. Can't get back to puzzle after watching ads without going through them several times. Now puzzle won't load and when it does, it then disappears. I have removed and reinstalled, but does not fix the problem.

enjoyed this until the updates. was told that the updates will remove bugs but seems all it did was added more adverts to the game. puzzles don't download takes me back to the previous puzzle I completed, unable to complete another puzzle as it completely froze and wont allow me to finish and difficult to find puzzle if you leave half way through.

Was great and I was up to level 4 on most challenges. Then it just reset back to newly installed. The enthusiasm to complete the challenges disappeared and so I uninstalled the whole game!! disillusioned and upset!!

Two days in a row i haven't been able to do the puzzle of the day. Can see the puzzle but no play button to open. Have to delete and reinstall and then you can do the puzzle but lose all your achievements and coins

WINNER!!!!! This is by far the best puzzle app out there if you want puzzles with more than 150 pieces. Some of the puzzles cost too many coins(The only complaint I have), but there is still a lot of variety.

love the puzzle but am required to watch a 30 second ad even tho there is an option to close video but after closing it, it begins all over again. if I want to work the puzzle I must watch the video for a game I will never play

Usually I would give a 5 star, but lately there have been problems. Today I got yesterday's daily puzzle. Yesterday the daily puzzle I started with changed, I didn't have any of my puzzles, (of which there were many I hadn't done yet), nor was there anything available in the gallery. Today, still nothing. Also, today the 15th day prize wouldn't open. Please fix.

I just uninstalled my game. I have not been able to get into game. It days good puzzles not responding. Too bad cuz now i lost all my points and puzzles. I really enjoyed doing the puzzles but I have no patience when something is not working.

I enjoy the puzzels very much. It relaxs me. This is my time. Take a break from everyone. Try to see how fast I can do them. Challenge myself. Some times Im not sure if I finished a puzzle and woundering if Im repeating one I have already done. Nothing major thou. Nice pictures. 😊🌟 Some times I lose a piece or the piece wont move.

This is a fabulous jigsaw puzzle game. The puzzles are colorful and varied with many categories. I love having a tray! Does anyone know how to transfer this puzzle game from onw android to another? I don't want to lose my progress! HELP

Was loving this collection of puzzles. Until it wiped all of my puzzles that I'd done from my gallery. Not happy. Second time tired to uninstall this but then when I try yo install it it keeps saying the server isn't working. What's happening

This is my favorite puzzle but lately the app is not working anymore.

Takes too much time after puzzle to collect rewards and watch ads. Most of the time the ads do not play. Says come back later. i just want to play the next puzzle game. Uninstalled.

I love this game but since updated it won't open. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because I will lose my coins and rewards plus all my puzzles. How can I get it to work. Just uninstalled and lost everything 💔 moving on to a different app Bye 👋

im getting moves stolen from me for the challenge. EXAMPLE: i won 106 moves. when i got to 35 LEFT, i move 3 times & the count went down to 11 then i made 1 move. & i went to 6 left. moved 1 time again & it said i was out of moves. it has stolen 3/4s of what i have won. On top of that when you enlarge the the puzzle the pieces get smaller to see. Even on my cell i can only do 117 pcs. any bigger & the pieces are mimisule. good pics. would go 4 stars if i would keep my moves.

no ads during my time of putting the puzzle together. you can put in ads before I start the puzzle or after I have finished. Also would be nice to be able to put pieces together while zoomed in.

Can't get it to load. Have played this game for years and now I'm having trouble getting it to load.
