Good to go is a FRAUD. Without any order being placed they forcefully deliver items stating that the items are paid for. Then they send their executive after few days with a bill saying that the previous order was not paid for. This is from my personal experience. Even the guy we spoke to over the phone was rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS APP. FRAUD COMPANY
App not working properly, you can't remove product from cart
Good to Go Is no More Functional / Exit Scam They just left their app running. This is request to everyone that do not pay for any order it will be not processed, by no means your order will be delivered as no one is checking the orders and support. They have removed their support call number and live chat is not functioning. I request everyone to just not install this app.
Did not like meat quality. The products are frozen. I would suggest the reader to try Licious meat. It is fresh and they have good customer support also.
Ordered 2kg chicken from good to go today. I am very disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was not at all fresh. It's definitely a week old freezed one. Guys if you are using a tagline fresh meat then this doesn't suits you. don't cheat with your customers.
Poor customer service. Ordered meat today. I tried to contact customer care, they are not reachable. Further after some time number went switched off. No update even after promised delivery time.
I purchased several marinated and unmarinated food items from them last month. All the food items were stinking and were surely from cold storage. I lodged a complaint with them and received a call from them. They just apologized and no action was taken after that. I had to discard all the stuff worth 5K because it was inedible. Pathetic quality of meat and pathetic support. Please stay away.
This app while placing order has feature for additional instructions. I have instructed for something and hasn't been taken care of. What's the use for this feature then?
Good quality chicken, decent application but what is wrong with the pricing. You guys need to hire a few people to do the math for you and also why the hell are prices being increased constantly, are you manufacturing artificial inflation numbers, there has been a 10-20% increase in prices over the span of the past 2 months, unbelievable.
Good delivery services But quality of the meat is not good at all. It has a bad scent and taste. It is not fresh.

Placed order for RS.2000/- at 11:36 am..... now it is 13:57, still waiting for the products.... It's Delhi....is it acceptable? Please dump GOODTOGO. Miserable service... There are many better service providers for fish and meat in Delhi. Thanks Delhites...
The meat was extremely smelly , so much so that the utensils in which it was cooked are still stinking,whole mutton had to be thrown out ,chicken was good(4pm order was delivered at 8Pm) Online payments are not taken , order status not updated

Don't buy anything from them. They deliver stale items and never respond to the calls..

The quality of chicken is good. However even on charging for delivery, often a call is received to increase the value of the order to Rs 700 or 900 which is very unprofessional.
They don't care about what time you have selected the order to arrive, they just deliver at their own convenience.

horrible service,my order was not delivered within the said slot and no response to repeated queries regarding my order,had to cancel and order from somewhere else.
Customer support is completely ABSENT. No one picks up the phone, no one replies to the so called ''live chat" feature in the app. I'd cancelled an order and it's been more than a week and there's no refund and noone is answering the calls and emails. Wouldn't recommend this app at all, there are others which offer way better service than this useless app.
