Great app to use way better than before after updating :) I like the new feature where you can see your ticket and don't have to wait for email to arrive ,I just wise at the theater they would actually use a scanner because there is always problem with the people who let's you go in case they are using a phone to scan and iPhone for whatever reason no the best choice for a scanner please make it easier for customers who don't print their tickets invest on a Infrared scanner.

I like the app for the convenience but I didnt see a way to change your movie time or cancel it. what if something comes up ? you can't change ? I think that's bad especially for advanced ticket purchases. That means you just lose your money. I can use another app and they at least have that option of changing.

App is easy to use. I have had no issues with it. Makes getting tickets really easy. A cool feature to add would being able to order snacks and drinks online and then pick up there and avoid the lines. It probably is improbable. But would be nice.

I can't look at my purchases or showtimes without it crashing even after restarting the app, updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and I feel that those are the most important components. I don't know, might just be me.

Great App! Very user friendly. It seems the movie trailers are now in the app. They weren't a few weeks ago. Nice that you can select your seats and pay for them in advance. I also like that it has my Frequent Movie Goers card number, so o don't have to dig it out of my wallet.

Keeps crashing and is very frustrating. It wont allow me to purchase tickets, so I have to do that on my PC. Then when I try to view my purchase in the app, it crashes. The only thing I can do in the app is view and redeem rewards.

The rewards would not work. I had been saving up to watch a movie and the app had said i got a 30% discount on a movie. I went up to get a ticket and they looked at the rewards on their screen and said i was unable to use it. It said it was available on mine but not on theirs.

App refuses to load anything. Says that there is an issue with my connection when clearly my data is on. I've tried restarting and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works. It hasn't worked for months.

The app used to work great but now it starts on a filters page requiring me to pick a cinema. The only cinemas available are in the midwest and I live in the Tampa Bay area. Goodrich needs to get this fixed asap or I will go to other theaters. this issue has been going on for a month at least.

I love this app. The rewards are great. I don't order tickets ahead because there is a convience fee (AMC does not charge members a fee), but I always have my app open and ready to scan to rack up reward points.

Really easy to use app. You can the theater you go to, so it pops up right away with showtimes every time you open the app. It is very easy to buy tickets on the app. Very simple and easy to use application.

This app never works right. You can never find the theatre closest to you no matter how many times I've used it and that's if it works. It freezes and crashes.

It was working just find when I installed it but after a while it stopped working. Everytime I open the app it says that can't connect with the server even though I have good network reception. Had to uninstall it

I have had this installed for several years and never had a problem until today!!! I went to check and see what movies are playing and it says check my internet connection. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. But still says check internet connection. Will be uninstalling it, so frustrated....

Horrible app. I have been trying to connect to it since Avengers End Game came out. Keeps saying Retry. They need to fix this issue on Androids. I always book from home but I have been using AMC since they went out. You guys need to up your game!

Have always loved the app but recently it gives problems. kept crashing so i uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. will work everywhere except purchases screen, it crashes there.

Usually amazing but latest update 7/8/19 crashes the ap when trying to open it! Uninstalled/reinstalled, waited days to reinstall and still broken. Fix it!! Grrrr so frustrating for an avid movie goer!!!

The app is fairly intuitive and easy to use. The only thing I miss is I can no longer play trailers once I select a movie. Bring that back!

Can't buy tickets. App hangs at payment. After force closing, the seats show as unavailable despite the fact I didn't pay (also in Fandango). Update: you can only purchase in-app if you have Chrome installed, not a 3rd-party browser like DuckDuckGo... ridiculous

I used to love this app and the rewards program but after this latest update it needs to get fixed or im gonna try something else. The purchases section shuts off the app as soon as you open it. And when i first updated it i couldnt get any of it to work.

This movie theater is phenomenal! They have electric reclining seats. You just sink right into them. They have their own drink spot. When you come into the theater you choose which seats you want on the screen, pay for your tickets, and get all your concession food all at once. They have free refills on drinks and possibly on popcorn but I'm not certain on that. The only negative thing is it's too loud for ME with my hypersensitive ear. They also have military discounts.

There should be a place to get credit for tickets bought at the theater when your Goodrich membership card wasn't with you. Typically if you forgot the card and don't have a digital copy, they won't give you points credit at the ticket booth.😑
