Easy to use and a great way to save money, I have the gold version of good Rx, and now the app is not showing that I am, I have to go online and this happened with the late April or early May update. So I can see everything it says just not the "Gold" pricing, but I can online. On the phone with support for hours, and while I wish and do recommend for free versions I can't for paid users. I save a little bit more than the free prices, and I don't even use my insurance. Crazy good savings.
Some bugs with the app that prevent me from using Goodrx. (1) When I use the app for a visit, I can't upload a photo so visit doesn't complete. Need to use website. (2) On the care tab with messages, visits, profile, it is hard to scroll through the messages because any movement to the side scrolls the screen to the side even if I want to go up and down. I accidentally cancelled a visit because of this whole scrolling up and down on messages. Goodrx itself is great though.
Until discovering GoodRx I was paying over $100 more per month than with out it. With being out of work and disabled and don't have disability it's very hard to navigate finances so when I found out that GoodRx could save me $100 a month that was another bill that good paid for me. Very pleased with them would recommend them to anybody. Thanks for the savings.
Easy to use. Saves $. A little strategy involved if you have a script somewhere but can get it cheaper elsewhere. All electronic scripts here so it takes some manipulation to achieve great savings.
CASH PRICE at Walmart for my prescription seemed high - $62.53, so I opened GoodRX app to see what kind of discount I could find. Price with coupon was $74.46??? When I called the customer support phone # I was told it didn't have a coupon for walmart?? even though I could see the coupon & click on it just to see a higher price than cash price (also listed). What part of "discount price is never higher than cash price" doesn't good rx not understand??? Incompetent app at its finest!
Pretty good app. easy to use. Gives several options of places to purchase your Rx and BIG money saver!! I wish the option to show lower prices was first rather than preferred. Every time I put in a new prescription I always have to click on the option to show the lower prices first.
I love the app. It has really saved me money with my prescriptions. I've only had 1 problems and even with that problem it's a better price than my insurance. The price showing on the app on my phone on 1 prescription is different from the price Walmart charges. An upgrade is needed on the phone app.
The savings you get are fantastic!! The "reward program" they offer once you sign up with Good Rx, not so much. They do not follow through with reward points. I've called four time to complain and I'm still getting the run-around. Use the discount part, but don't waste your time signing up for their "Reward Program".
The app disappoints me frequently. I'm super happy with the savings. So much so I'm a Gold Member, but the application needs work. It often doesn't recognize me as a member,(never mind a Gold Member) and when I try to login it doesn't accept it's own verification code I enter. They need new software engineers that are able to code correctly.
GoodRx App is a mess, except for the part that takes your money. They made sure part works smoothly. They charge you to sign up for a "Gold Membership" and a virtual Doctor visit for the prescription you're interested in, then the App fails to load your ID photos, locks you out of your pre-appointment questionare, and won't let you go back and finish it. So the money you paid them for the membership and doctor consultation gets wasted. Should have built your App right the 1st time, idiots.
So far so good!!! $83 to $13 (w/ extra $5 off). Even when the price goes back to $18 its a outstanding deal. No issues others are having (using S22 Ultra) & free version.
I use GOODRX Gold and save a lot of money. I only wish there was a separate GOODRX Gold app. When I use the reg app it keeps asking me to upgrade. I already pay for the Gold. I have to go online to get the gold price.
I used to love this app. Used to show me which was really the cheapest, and has saved me many times. It used to show the Kroger plan cost and just the regular GoodRX cost, now it's not showing me nearly as many options. I'm just getting the top three in two categories instead of all of the options. This happened with whatever update just happened. It used to be so user friendly, and it is not no longer user friendly.
