Shipping and handling is way over charged. In most cases doubling if not more then the winning bid and starting prices are crazy for a auction. I get it, if wasn't a auction and just a sell price it would be a great price. But they start bid at over retail price sometimes resulting in a no sale cause noone even wants to pay starting , meaning the market isn't there. The item is listed above the value . I mean they get the stuff for free , so you think. 1$ is better then nothing.

Experienced way too many issues with communicating with Goodwill's computers, when paying for idem's. Orders came from different areas, when problems happened, most communications were just reset order payment or problem close. None fixed problem. I've done everything asked of me. Cleared and reloaded app. many times. Call my CC companies making sure no problem with accounts. CC's still being declined.

This app is a "Why bother"!!!! I downloaded app and while registering it advised I had an account already - when I selected the password reset link I get stuck in and endless loop of getting the email with the rest link, clicking the link, putting in a new password and being told the link is invalid and request a new one. About to just delete the dang app! Also as feedback, getting a continuous pop up encouraging me to get the app every 10 seconds is infuriating!

Just Horrible! I don't know who Goodwill paid to make this app, but they TOTALLY got ripped off! This rejects 100% correct login information from two different accounts... Stick to the web version if you need this on mobile... This app is garbage.

Literally have one Goodwill on the map, about 3 miles away and it can't detect it within a 10 mile radius? I have screenshots if asked for them, I'd really like this to work. I manually found the Goodwill store on the map and selected it but it doesn't do anything. Still says there's no Goodwill nearby...

app doesnt work. fails to locate me and then fails to locate closest goodwill. the map feature doesn't work at all. completely useless I'm not even sure why it's there. it used to work and be awesome then it was "upgraded" and ruined

⚠️WARNING⚠️This app runs constantly if it's on your phone. You will need to force stop it every time you turn on your phone no matter the permissions you set. This app is trash. It's impossible to find a Goodwill, and goodwills are horrible company anyway. Do not waste your time.

Everytime I try to sign in thru the mobile app a little box telling me to install the mobile app pops up. I close the box and it pops back up everytime I type. It's easier just go thru a browser!

No ability to search by city name or any other criteria. The map feature doesn't do anything. It has Kansas in the middle of it and I can't even see my state. It doesn't ,move it doesn't show any stores ,I don't know why it's there. It's a useless app has other people said. I will be deleting it.

Complete waste of time, 40 minutes of my life I can't get back. The APP is not user friendly, and after entering and updating my user information, locked me out of my account. Nice. I would rather get radiation therapy, and if I could give it zero stars...........Thank you.

Can't login with correct information. Complains about cookies must be enabled. I have 30 years IT experience. This app does NOTHING for my Android device. Very disappointed ☹️

Terrible. No Goodwill found within 50 miles of me but I know of atleast 5 (probably more) In a 15-20 mile range. I'll stick with the browser which is waaaaay better and easier

Cannot even login, password reset is 404'd, kept asking me over and over to send me notifications. Web site still works fine so there is nothing wrong with my log in credentials

When I try to log in it says I must enable cookies to use WordPress. ???? I've also been unable to login to my Rewards account online. The cashier told the email they had on file for me, but it's not working.

Mediocre. It's hard to get to the Online Shopping part and when I do it doesn't stay logged in nor does it let me know notifications about items like it says it will. Please fix!!!
