Google Analytics

Glitching since the last update. Cannot move between days using the arrow. Data doesn't change for day view. For example if on yesterday's data them the date is changed to today, the data does not update and date remains as yesterday. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but issue still persists. Using Pixel 6 Pro.

Switched over to analytics 4 property and the website is showing the statistics ok though this app isn't. So totally broken and unusable.

I give 5 star to Google analytics. It sure greatly works for my media organization, providing real time and update info on traffic across the world.

It's a deeply scaled down version of the desktop app. Not sure why Google would do this. This isn't very mobile first.

Everyday I try a new reporting time zone but it still doesn't work properly, I can't believe google doesn't have the capability of making this an intuitive and easier tool to use, it's not useful at all this way

Why not give users a chance to install version that works for them without forcing new version? Mine only starts with logo and nothing happens on Android 6.0. Pfff

Was working well (4 star experience) but now it keeps crashing. I've cleared my cache and data several times and no luck. It's completely broken. The website works but this app is busted.

The new design is horrible. It's nice to have a bit more data and info, but visually it's horrible on the eyes and to use. Why ruin something that was pretty good as it was. Also the data doesn't always update without manually refreshing. Please bring back the old look and feel, but blended with the new data and features that's included. Overall it feels like a downgrade not an upgrade. Thanks

It worked well for me when I first installed it, so I gave it 5 stars. Auto update signed me out so had to log in again, when I did sign in I was confused as to what had happened, you have messed about with a perfectly usable app and turned it into something that IS NOT user friendly. Everything could be viewed in portrait in the previous version, this version you can't. I have revised my rating. If it ain't broke etc.

This version of Google Analytics incorporates a dark theme! I'm sure that I'm not the only one that appreciates that. The new interface is really impressive & intuitive to use. The entire app appears to function flawlessly in every regard. It seems as if everything was well thought out, then implemented. I recommend the use of this app to every business in order to quickly & easily keep tabs on their website from anywhere & at anytime. Great job Analytics team for an outstanding & useful app!

A shocking update. The mobile app worked perfectly well, and then they "enhanced" it that made things worse. Why? Sometimes my audience's country is displayed as a list, sometimes as a bar chart. It just does this by itself. Sometimes my X axis starts at 0, sometimes at 1, sometimes at 35. It's extremely disorienting to have constant changes in information display when using an app. Every day is a surprise in terms of what Analytics will show you - this is not what you need. Illogical & broken.

It's much more convenient than pulling it up on my desktop, but it definitely has some bugs/issues. Most noticeably: sometimes the numbers on the x axis of the graphs will just kind of collapse. I also think it doesn't have all the same features as desktop (although I haven't taken the time to check and compare the two). However, this is significantly more convenient than having to use solely the desktop interface

What fresh hell is this! My perfectly set up dashboard is gone, I can't see any of the info I used to - where are the real-time sessions. I can see you're saying comparisons come next week but that does not help today. It wasn't broke - it was a great app, please please please roll it back. And if you are going to update, add functions, don't remove them, and certainly don't delete my personalisations! I can't even see everything very well being white on white on white. Utter disaster!

Could be great, but the most useful panel, the real-time "Users right now" count is unreliable. Frequently the count goes up-and-up reaching crazy high numbers then crashes down. It doesn't represent the real number of users on the site. The bug is not particular to the mobile app. The Analytics web app is the same. Problem exists for months and many other users have complained on the Google support forum.

I like this app but it is not always correct. A few day ago it showed 11 purchases but I didn't have any purchases that day. This morning it shows 2 but I only have 1 purchase???? Why is this???? Please explain how this app works!!! Your app is giving the wrong purchase readings!!! I have emailed but you don't respond!!!

Great but when changes are made on web, it does not take effect in the app I uninstall and reinstall. I don't know if that can be fixed. Then secondly, I can't log out my account on the app like every other app. If I could logout, maybe I don't have to uninstall. Please fix that. Apart from these, the app is really amazing and quite helpful.

it was good. the latest version is not simply as previous version. i love that horizontal swipe to see statistics.

The updated version is horrible. Both UI and UX are so poor that I had to revert back to the old app. But, some sections aren't working on the old app. Totally screwed. Update (as of March 17 2021): The app has become even worse now. Some sections say data dimension not found. I wrote a mail to the email you provided only to get no response even after 10 days. Today, the app is asking me to sign in as the session was expired. I have been trying to login since the last 3 hours. Disappointed

The update ruined the app. Within real time, sometimes it shows live active users, sometimes it shows the total for the past 30 mins and sometimes it says its showing for past 30 mins but is actually live. Also changes its mind with how it displays data. Sometimes bar graphs, other times text. The events do not work, it will no longer show any event downstream from view content.

Every time when opened needs to be refreshed. Data shown is from other dates instead of selected... Edit***** Still does not work like previous version. Interface is easy to navigate, makes sense. Data is not refreshed when date changed, you have to scroll down to refresh even when some change is made to date.

It is a good information app. The only problem is the rendering issue on the Galaxy S10 Plus. The rendering lines tend to overlap each other makes it difficult to read the options you have on your main face page. It seems to be a simple bug that can be fixed.

Very Nice analytical app. Very informative. Display all information.

The arrows to change periods no longer work. Need a fix ASAP.

Terrible. Real time data shows 3 wildly different numbers from GA4, UA, and web versions. Cannot measure actual users online using REAL TIME OVER LAST 30 MINUTES, which leads me to believe all other data is wrong. Complete waste. You get what you pay for. I pay for GoSquared which is 100% accurate.
