Google Cantonese Input

This app is the prime reason I'm staying on Android, because I can only type in Chinese with Cantonese input, and no other app/input tool, mobile or desktop, has been able to rival it in terms of accuracy and ease of use. It's especially exceptional for not requiring the user to stick to one single standard. The Gboard app performs much worse than this app. I've resorted to downloading the apk from 3rd party sites on my family members' phones. So please reinstate this app!

Please do not remove this app from the Play Store. When searching through forums and online, it is obvious the demand is still high. Just ask any person who mostly handwrites in Traditional Chinese characters (Hong Kong, Taiwan) and not Simplified Chinese characters. There is still a huge difference in usage between this Google keyboard and the other ones that are still searchable on Play Store. Thank you.

Been using this for a while especially the Voice type function. Recently some apps doesnt seem to accept the voice typing. Maybe time for an update for this app

This is very convenient to use and useful to find the right word vs voice typing and handwriting. Hope this app can be kept available within Google Play.

Never update, keep up with the time. Sougou input has the Cantonese keyboard inside is more intelligent than G input.

Pretty good.Ive been using this for around 2 years and no problem at all. The only problem is the emoji keyboard is out of date and defo needs an update.

I don't write reviews too often but this is my favorite keyboard for Android; please bring it back to the Play Store, so others can enjoy it in the future, even if you do not push many updates to the app! Thank you!

Glad this exists for cantonese. Suggestions when I type in jyutping aren't the best. A bit difficult to switch in between pinyin and cantonese input.

This is the best app for tranditional chinese user. Please continue supporting this app and make it available on google play store. I've try very hard to search it back for my phone.

Not working anymore after latest automatic update of Gboard. The Cantonese input does not recognize Cantonese sounds anymore.

I use this app as my PRIMARY keyboard, why is it pulled away from the play store? The app stats shows there are 1M+ download, so MANY people use and depend on this. Please re-instate it!!!

its has been great, but don't know why i can't find this app from my mum's account for her despite having the same language settings abd country profiles

I prefer the old Google Input Tool. The 拼音 is much more accurate on the older tool. This app is awful.
