It stopped working on pixel 6 with Android 12. Cant login to app. Unable to load account from server. Try again. Trying for last 5 days and its not working. Customer service person doesn't know how to solve this issue.

Did Google drop support for this app because it doesn't seem to function at all. I constantly have to sign in whenever I do anything, and half the time, I can't verify I'd done so because the confirmation methods never go through. When I finally do get in, I can't restart the Fiber box or modify my network settings because the app just sits there working harder at looking like it's working than actually doing anything at all.

Half baked app. Won't run on Tab S7, says it's unable to load account. Support told me too bad, learn to like it.

Awful. Worked to set up wi-fi points on one day only. Ever since it's stuck on a screen with two options: Check Availability (already have Fiber, don't need this) or Switch Account. Switch Account gives the option to add a different email account or continue with the email account affiliated with Fiber. Selecting continue loops you right back to the precious two options.

Agree with all the terrible reviews! This app is a failure. It goes into a constant loop of trying to verify my identity when I try to use it to restart my Network box. I them have to give up and log into the website to do the restart. If an app has an option it should work without fail.

It's ridiculous to still have this problem after 2 months of multiple reports. This app is useless now. It opens, but the authorization process gets stuck at the very end and blocks "restart network box" command. I've reproduced on multiple devices that previously did not have this problem.

This app has been non-functional for over 2 months, google fibers customer support line is unhelpful in solving the issues. The only ways they tell you how to troubleshoot it require internet access, which is hard when your internet is down.. I will update with a better review once I'm able to open and use the app, but until then, just be aware that if you get this service; the app will throw you into an endless loop of signing in. Also! Good luck with emailing them 🙄

I'm not really sure what's going with this app, but this isn't workin properly. The app let's me sign in and it sends me a 2nd form of authentication and then just circles on a loading screen. If I close and reopen the app it then puts me at the main account page, but any attempted to navigate away from it in the app signs me out and then forces me to reauthenticate. Iv force stopped, restarted my note10 and Uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Fortunately the site works fine for me.

app is trash, how does Google fiber expect me to pay my bill when the app never loads up. I can go click my account and it always shows 0.00 balance due. I click "manage billing" that never loads up literally shows a blank screen. I uninstall the app and re download it, sign in, make sure its up to date. still never works!

Used to work great but anymore it logs me out makes me log in a number of times just trying to use it. I also can't seem to restart my router when I'm experiencing slow speeds. I have a newer pixel 4a phone, on the Google Fi plan, so I can't imagine why there'd be any issue running this app on this phone.

Buggy and doesn't work. It keeps telling me that I've been signed out of my Google account, mind you I'm using a Android device that's logged into the same Google account that my Google fiber service is on. I continue to sign in, 2 step verification prompt and all, takes me back to the app, and it tells me I've been signed out of my Google account yet again! This app is basically useless now. Thanks for nothing.

Do you have it? OMG if it is available in your area GET IT BEST INTERNET EVER and the TV box is amazing. It is small and FREE DVR plus the on demand feature is great NO DOWNLOAD TIME plus has built in YouTube ,Netflix, and another app I don't know anything about again the internet is SUPER FAST and I have the cheapest package plan on the GIVE you a very strong WiFi emitter no renting it. Also awesome

Worked for less than a year, then stopped working in the entire city. Get it together Alphabet! But for real this app is useless if you don't have a network box for TV and just use the fiber jack. This is almost certainly another piece of AbandonWare brought to you by Google™

Good but too basic. Needs expert mode and more details on 5g radio settings, connected items and signal strength. The free version is under 5gbs or artificially 1/200th real speed, really slow. 20g or more would seem to be more impactful goodwill. Thx!

It used to work fine. Now is the worst. It logs me out while I'm trying to use it and won't let me access anything on the rare times that it actually lets me into the app. Useless at the moment. Written on 2/5/21. Still having the same problems 4/6/21. Terrible app and no response to this issue.

This app is awful. Love the service, the price, the speed, but I can't use the app at all because it will continually log me out every time I click anything. All I want is to be able to pay my bill early and periodically check my signal/speed, but this app is more trouble than it is worth. Fix it, or abandon it for a new one, but please, stop abusing me with your terrible, terrible app.

Completely useless. Requests I sign back into my account upon opening the app, takes FOREVER to sign in and then requests identity verification to do anything. It's easier to go unplug the network box than deal with this.

Cannot sign into the app. It signed me out. Went thru all ways to get back in including changing my password (a pain to do with all my devices) and now it still keeps loading with the Google circle colors. Sadly I'm trying to fix the internet as it's problematic right now. Double the trouble.

When I first got the app there was no issue but about a year or two I have been having issues where it keeps making me re-enter credentials, to no avail, so I have to call in or go on the website. I deleted the app.

This payments profile has been closed. No one knows how to reactivate it therefore I have 0 way of pay my bill so in the meantime my bill just gets higher and higher and higher because there is no way to pay it and I cannot get any help. Just the run around! Did you know you can't just call somebody and make a payment have you ever heard of such a thing?

Quite possibly the worst app I've ever used. I cannot get it to keep me logged in anymore; I have to continually "verify" my identity. I have not been able to restart my router in MONTHS. I'm so annoyed.

Great internet but you can't log into the Google fiber app without it trying to verify you 100+ times and not working. I don't need 2 step verification. Hell I don't even need a password, if some stranger wants to log into my account to pay my bill- Let them! At least let me into my own account to pay my bill.
