Google Play Developer Console

Lacks many features as compared to the web interface. It shows info of 2 days earlier. Here are some noticable flaws: 1. Active installs ≠ Total installs - Total uninstalls. 2. Now the recent Google play rating scheme just made it worse. 3. Does not let me edit store listing. 4. The "Manage Release" section does nothing as it says, only shows the information and does not actually let me manage it.

What should be done for Google to pay attention to the many complaints concering this app? This is one bugy app and its developers don't even care to looking at the complaints, going back as 2018. It doesn't appropriately synchronize especially with data on connected devices and crashes. There is a message "error has occured" which has been appearing for years, and so many other issues.

This app is really very buggy. Not even showing proper data, notification is enabled to notify me when ever my build get live to play store but that doesn't work. And the worst part is it show a message "An error has occurred" I am not sure what kind of error has occurred that you guys are not able to fix it from a year. Very disappointed with this app.

I still can not see the feedback ONLY on my latest release. If I filter by last version, it does not work, as it also shows comments from other app versions. I complain about this in 2018 and 2020; it's 2022 and still not fixed!! At least make the web-site version easily readable on a phone, as layout is distorted! I need to check the rollout at any hour everywhere I go, and I can only bring my phone with me!

Very useful and much needed up, BUT. Experiencing constant crashes upon launch for over a week now, completely random. What's worse, I'm rarely getting push notifications when customers leave new review! (Yes ofc it's on in settings). I have to manually go to app every few hours and refresh just to make sure I don't have unexpected negative reviews to take care of. Please fix this basic functionality......

I always like to check my Play Console app whether there is some data change to my app or not. As far as they provide us deep data consumption, the task is heavy for the controllers. The system is tough. Nowadays there are many cyber complexities which are made by app development. The responsibility of managing this web based app is very difficult. So it is not fair to degrade them.

It used to be good but now it seems it's not well maintained. Whenever the app is brought back from the background, refreshing pages fail. It requires closing and reopening the app to work. Hope this will be fixed. Thanks.

This app doesn't have enough functionality to be useful, so I end up using the web play console. Getting an app onto Google Play used to be relatively painless, but lately the process has been awful. The # of hoops you have to jump through is 10x worse than a few years ago, and robots suspend your apps for no reason with no human braincells involved. If you manage to get ahold of support it's always copy pasted scripts and unhelpful. I used to be a fan of Google, but it's getting worse every day

App statistics updates are abysmally slow. I can get actual physical packages delivered to my house, by car, faster than daily app stats get refreshed. So frustrating! 2 extra stars because it's probably not technically the app's fault, rather the underlying data. But N-day stats delay translates to a really bad app experience for me!

Requires frequent manual restart or it will fail to connect to the play store. Also it could have some more features,like promoting a build to another channel.

Missing a lot of features compared to the desktop version and the limit on the amount of featured apps just seems pointless. It's decent for replying to user feedback but even there it's missing a lot of filters from the desktop version.

Been using the app for a long time and was good. Then it said error when I tried to open app so i re-installed the app, and now it won't let me log in. It says; Error occurred while loading developer list. I retry but still the same and re-installed and still the same. I go onto the Internet on my mobile and PC and can log in no problem. Please fix this or advise how I can fix it

Lacks a lot of features. There are random errors. Data is never latest. It will never show list of all apps during the first time opening of the app, will keep loading. Can't believe this app is from Google

Lots of random semi-random errors and now hasn't worked for hours. I tried to remove app data and logged in again and it says no developer accounts found. Clearly this app hasn't got any attention from Google for a long time. Too bad, because for checking small details about published apps, the developer console website is too cumbersome and heavy especially with a smartphone. Google should know better. What's best, the support email for this app doesn't even exist.

Useful to be informed about reviews, to answer them, and to keep an eye to crashes. Unfortunately today I reinstalled the app and, when I signed in and chosen my Google account, the app was unable to connect: "Error occurred while loading developer list". No way to solve my problem so far.

Seems abandoned by google but It's useful, it has some bugs. The date on the number of devices don't change, stopped working, even it works fine on the number of uninstalling.

Very buggy app. Service failure all the time. From last few days all graphs update but active device graph remain unchanged. And as usual extremely bogus and limited UI.

Even though the app wasn't updated since 3 years, it was working and getting the job done. However the app has now stopped working completely and continuously keeps showing the error.

Very useful app for developers, but quality needs some improvement. It often stops working, showing "An error has occured" message. Killing the process with "Force stop" in Settings/Apps makes it work again!

Frustrated by the developer registration payment failures. I couldn't create google play developer account since last month. Very disappointing service by google. There isn't any option to reach customer care directly to resolve the issue. I feel totally helpless.

What's the use of the app, if you don’t maintain it regularly. Showing errors all the time, very less functionalities. Totally disappointed!

Good app but it needs to have all functionalities that the web dev console provides. Also, the app list doesn't load at times, it's stuck at loading and I have to restart the app one or two times for it to appear. Furthermore, a snackbar saying "An error occurred" pops up at times.

If I return to the app after leaving it in the background for some time it always says "An error occured". Or it shows white empty loading screen for ever. I have to close it from recent apps and open it again to work again. You are Google...Just fix it dor god's sale. Also it needs more functionality like controling the rollout percentage or halting it. It's too poor this way

This is a useful app for quickly checking up on your app downloads, ratings and reviews, but I have to kill and restart it every time I use it because of the 'refresh error'. If you could please sort this out, that would be great, thanks.

I can't believe this app is for developers. Half of the times, when you open this app, the progress bar keeps going and going and what I have to do is, close the app and re-open it then only it'll show me my apps. Also it keeps throwing snack-bar saying an error occurred. Only god or the app knows what the error is as I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon. Such a pitty that google doesn't want to invest on apps for developers.

I'm not sure that the developers of this app know how charts work. How could my app have been installed between two days? Why not just use bar charts? Also why total installs minus total uninstalls never equals the number of devices that have it currently installed. Not to mention that the data updates in totally random periods...

It's a shame that the application made by developers, for developers is lacking so many features. Just compare it to YouTube studio. On top of that there is the 1+ year old bug where the app list doesn't load at all and review filtering doesn't work.
