march update is full of bugs! only wallpaper is shown when i wake up the pixel 4a. Please fix this ASAP.
Play store uses this for support chat but refuses to use its fully functionality. And refuses to provide support. And tries to send you to pixel device support for a play store and services issue. Flat out refuse to look onto the serios issue and force the chat close.
This phone is great but ever since I updated to 10, I've been having weird random issues with the phone. It won't let me take pictures past 20% of my battery (it just shuts off), I can only see the bottom half of my battery label on the lock screen, and sometimes when I unlock my phone the home screen with my apps never shows up (I can see the background sometimes but nothing will happen if I tap the screen). There's other issued too but I'm not recalling many more.
Nobody can solve this problem. My went on a circuit transferred here transferred there. When this team got a hold of it. They solved it and two minutes. I'm very proud of them

I didn't install this. Although this is a Google app this could be a security flaw if someone gained unauthorized access.
I've been having a problem with Google play points for a year. I earned my points but every time I try to use them . They are just taking and I don't get the discount and every time I contact Google support it takes a long time to respond bk and MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED!! It's annoying. There is a glitch or something and nobody is really trying to take time to really look into and fix it for me. So I guess I'll start leaving reviews and see if I can get some help this way.
My problem was solved with the help of Google support right after I downloaded this app. It was so distressing when my phone and tablet went down. This was a time consuming ordeal and very hard to explain what was happening to both devices. If you don't have this support app, please, please download it first if you run into a complex problem such as I did, and keep it for if and when you do! Happy New Year!

Worked as advertised. It was a short session so we didn't delve to much into the app's capabilities but for what we needed it worked quite well. Quick download, quick install, and the uninstall I hope will be uneventful as I'm about to do that. I will update this if uninstall causes problems of any sort.

Didn't and still dont like the latest updates, I miss the Bluetooth access the most. used to be able to access Bluetooth setting without having to go into settings and then Bluetooth options. Just one simple slide from the top and one click option. Why complicate things?
This app is entirely broken, crashes when opened and prevents sending any feedback on any other apps as a result.
Appriciate the apps services offered however, sometimes couldn't reach for further appropriatness feedbacks. On the otherhand the apps is fine
I am really grateful for Google services help. I stick when it comes to having a technological know how is irritating to me. This app has saved me and keeps me from crashing anymore computers, tablets especially I went through 41 mobile phones before this and now thanks to this Google services app I have had the same mobile phone for over a year and a half. Thank you Google.
The customer service lady could show me the steps I needed to take and which buttons I needed to press, it was really really helpful! Although you can't open it, it really helps with customer service experience and honestly, I think it made the call easier to work through!
I needed some assistance with Google Photo backup and was having a hard time finding what I was looking for. After installing Google Support Services app one of their representatives was able to help me faster and better by knowing what exactly what I was lookjng for...Thanks Danica! you were a tremendous help!
This is the most antiquated, ridiculously insane attempt at tech support! I don't know if antiquated is the correct description because I've never seen anything so inane in all of my years of technology sold to the consumer since the first IBM PC. Be prepared to spend hours following a green dot, yes, a green dot to show you where to touch on your screen to go through every setting you already did and to fix nothing. Tech support doesn't know about Google caused issues! Get away from Google.
Pls fix Google Play Store (GPS). All 3 of my Notes (3, 8, & now 20 Ultra) have experienced con't not able to load, not able to download, pending download. Brand new, 2nd day using Note 20 Ultra. Have rebooted many Xs to get Play to work for all of setup of old or new apps. The problem is not device if brand new & pd extra for 12GB RAM & 512GB storage. I thought I should not have to experience issue again. Yet still happening. If repeating same fixes then the PROBLEM HAS NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED!
Very cool 😎 app! Must make the CS agents jobs so nice! I wish I worked as Google tech support! I noticed the app worked almost completely seamlessly with only an occasional frozen screen for a millisecond! I don't know if I could have gotten the issue fixed without it!
Google play support people are excellent. I didn't have to call more than once. The support person was very patient and knowledgeable in what I needed help with. Most of all it only took about 5 or 10 mins. Now that is great service. Thanks to Google Support Team.
On Fishdom app, I am unable to get on the internet; my entire other apps, text, gmail, etc...is working and Internet works perfectly....except app entitled Fishdom. Have had wifi, bluetooth, my cell, etc check my equipment and it's functioning, and overall agreement by pros is that the Fishdom app is needing to correct. I have emailed them (not from app) but from another cell phone that this is a huge problem....have heard nothing and app is still not allowing me to connect to internet. HELP. (I have been playing on this app for 4 months with no problem...so my android Samsung cell is supported by this app)
Trying to get help with broken hardware, I'm seeking warranty help and it keeps looping me through the same two pages that link to each other for the next step. I finally got a hold of someone and he forced me to do a factory reset to solve a hardware problem before he'd explore warranty. He assured me my phone would be backed up in its entirety but I've lost a LOT stuff it's been disastrous for my business. He has since been AWOL all day and locked me out of more support!! Don't but pixel! Trap
The worst! I have been trying to get customer service to help me since July 9th i have sent many emails I've called, but due to covid they do not have a customer service agents right now. I've tried in the computer with assist. But i have to pay to get help? Google has charged over $200. In three different transaction. To my credit card without authorization!! And refuse to contact me to straighten things out! They are a huge dishonest company BEWARE OF THE FREE 7 DAY TRIALS YOU CAN'T GET OUT!
I've never even heard of this app or downloaded it that's great, I know I had an iPhone for a little while and I am just switching back to an Android but the sad part is it took an hour not even two to take over my phone again. If I would have known there was a support service I would have contacted for my old email
