I rarely have issues with the app when when i do, they are pretty big issues. Also i dont know if they sent out an update and that is the issue or what but, as of right now the app will not let me transfer my google pay balance to my bank account. Ive done everything, ive updated each address for each payment method uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and tried to force stop the app. Still nothing.

Can be mostly summed up by the things it doesnt do. It doesn't give push notifications when people request money. It doesn't allow you to withdraw your balance automatically, and doesnt make it easy to do manually. Doesn't allow you to refund money directly. Overall just a really frustrating lack of features.

The app itself is great, paying in store is fine no issues other than once in a while. Now for the bad. Every time I attempt to transfer money from one of MY banking accounts to another of MY bank accounts I get this nonsense message that there is unusual activity on my account. The last time I tried to transfer money was over 2 weeks ago to my mom, did not go through 90% of the time I transfer money between my accounts it does not go through. Unusual activity is 30 transaction in a day or even 5 or 6 not one in a 2 week period. The thing that bothers me the most is 1. It is being transferred between my accounts so there should be no issues 2. Google lies to me and says there has been unusual activity , there has been NO ACTIVITY. Just tell me we are reviewing your transaction and give me a time frame. Fix your system Google if it is my end then lets have a conversation on what I need to do and what you can do to fix it so I don't have this issue ...

Awesome app for sending money fast. The only time it's slow to send or receive is the first time you set it up. Other than that it's the best one to send and receive because it's instantly in and out of you bank ;)

As with all Google services, it gets rebranded and modified to the detriment of the user. Eventually it'll be sunset like most of Google's other products as a result of the incompetence of product management. Despite all of the deficiencies, it is somehow still marginally better than venmo. Congratulations on not being the worst.

The app needs to show phone numbers as contacts. I have access to contacts enabled and contacts only show with email addresses and not phone numbers. So I'm forced to remember phone numbers when paying contacts and who even does that anymore?!?

this is really the only cash Transfer app you should use. seems to be the most secure, very fast and reliable. extremely easy and tons of features. Google hit a homerun on this one 💪🏾

This app (GPay Send)is easier to understand then the Google Pay. When dealing with more than two accounts it easier to understand how to send your money from one account to the other. Google need to make it more intuitive for the end user because this gets confusing.

It's quick and easy after the set up. It''s also secure. I made the mistake of using the phone number rather thank the email and it sent it as a text which worked just find for that vendor.

Annoyingg the app changes all the time. And there are 3 different ways to send someone money and they all look different. The app is an amoeba in design and name.

Our friend circle all uses this for paying each other for rent, food delivery, bills, and a bunch of other little things that we need to pay each other back. Transfers are nigh instantaneous, and there's no fees, unlike PayPal. Seriously, heck PayPal. Use Google Pay.

Very good app all the way around easy to manage and pay accounts also can send money to family and friends and they can also send you money if they choose link your account and it goes directly and 1 2 3 it's literally that simple type in the amount hit send comes right out of your account when they do that on their end money goes straight into your account no wait no hassle love it

really like this app to transfer money. it's instant and there is no fee to transfer. I like that it also has a security reminder as well prior to transfer.

App is good but PLEASE add a way to turn off email notifications for reminders. It's so redundant and unnecessary (and annoying to not be able to choose)

Good. Though the communists and their supporters try to copy the app and block the others who want to earn good money, I think that I will win in the future as it is my money. I will find a way out to a good payment method. I wouldn't get rid of chances to a marriage or babies because I may in lack of money to provide like once I do at least somewhere.

Google just can't leave well enough alone. They have to replace, fix problems that don't exist and therefore creat more. What was once a great app is now garbage. A loyal google customer has all but had it. I'm going apple this year and not looking back F Google.

What's going on Google? I can't transfer money from my Google wallet to my bank account. No answers the phone to give any information and the help center doesn't have any insight. I received a message " Unable to complete transaction. You may want to try again in a few days or with a different payment method." You go bankrupt and take my money?

I absolutely love Google Pay! Transactions are quick and easy, and the app is very clean and has simplified user interface.

Liked this version. New version I don't like. Really about to delete app. It's not serving the purpose I used it for anymore. Takes too long to transfer money now. It used to go right away. Now you deduct money from account right away and delay sending to person

Ineffective and the purpose is not apparent. Features can be accomplished better faster thru Google pay and other ways better simpler and easier. Lack of connectivity and functionally with other quick pay services/apps make this one DOA

Love this app no fees, goes directly into your account. Works no matter the phone. It's the absolutely best service for transferring money instantly.

very easy and sign in with google is always a plus. you can see all your past transactions for your records when paying someone too!

Unreliable. Doesn't always work as it should even on one of Google's flagship devices. Best not use if there other people behind you in line. Googlr support abandon help tickets.

I Love this app to send and receive money with my kids for shared bills, birthdays, emergencies..or just because. I have never had an issue. Works great and is safe every time.

I really like this google app. It is easier to get money to family when needed. i would like to see the ability to transfer money between your payment methods. Is that feasible? Kudos overall

Easiest, quickest way to send money to someone and easy for them to put in their bank account even if they don't have GooglePay set up.

So convenient! Not sure why the shortcut was removed from messages app, but it's still easy to go into this and make it happen.
