I've bought a cctv system that needs this app. I hate it. I hate it big time. Most of the time, especially when I'm on mobile data (4G),it comes up with messages like : device not connected although I'm next to the main cctv screen and I can see it's connected. If you're looking to buy cctv make sure the system doesn't need this app. You'll hate it too.
Mini NVR 8ch and 16ch - works good on live, but unable to play recorded video. Just connection success and nothing happened. Most time shows that device is offline, but I know that NVR is working and Internet channel is stable. Please correct these issues. UPD. Not working on last miui.
The service was once excellent alas now it is not a reliable one, feedback is not available, it was a maintainable app but now is not updated & trouble shooting is not a priority to them. Was such a useful app at 1 point but now will only connect if on my own Wi-Fi at home. Can't even ask for help as would appear from all other messages I'm just one of many with these issues of it saying your offline... Angry soon to be ex user of this app.
I am facing a problem with the app when microphones are connected The problem is when i press the speaker button in the app i cant hear no voice .. and when i restart the dvr i hear the voice and after few hours again the voice disappear .. i have 4 microphones connected
Use this app for my CCTV worked fine until my pixel upgraded to 8.0 Oreo now app just crashed on opening please fix asap
Loved this app for viewing my cams until Android 7 update. Now just crashes every time I try to open it! Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now works
Now we have Android 8 in the market and I used this app very long time when I used Android 7.1 but since the new updates of Android was launched in the market with selected phones the goolink doesn't work at all so will be really helpful if the team works on the updating the current version to be able to work on Android 8 and launch it soon

The cloud service of this app is working when i use this app in the same network like my home internet connection which i am also using with the dvr,but the problem is when i go outside the home on my 4g mobile network it dosn't work at all.please fix it or please guide me what to do???4 days ago it was working with 4g or 3g mobile network but now it is not working.is your cloud server down?????please reply
Guys no android 8.0 compatibility. Groan! Please get with it!
Latest update doesn't work (WiFi does but not cellular). Rolling back to v2.5.0 works fine.

Used to be a great app, could run all week on a spare tablet without issue. This version can't last a second before force closing.

This app was working perfect. Now only displays cameras in app when at home on WiFi. As soon as you leave the home WiFi... won't connect. Very disappointed

Always showing to be offline when full Internet connection. Then on a rare occasion you get connecting to server but then nothing. Have spent hours trying to connect after installing the cameras and only twice have they connected. Very disappointing. Avoid this app.
