Yea not so great. Not sure if it's the OS (been running version 10 for some time in beta and final) or because I have the Essential PH1 phone (which works with all apps I had previously with my LG) but it's never worked. It works on my older LG. Also on my LG every so often I'll get a live feed from other cameras. Judging by the what I see (a junkyard, a backyard in the tropics, a baby's crib!!, and a driveway with what looked like Russian cars to make a few..these feeds are worldwide. Horrible!!

Complete waste of time. After reading all the other bad reviews where Atcloud has all of a sudden stop working unless you are in the same building as CCTV and goolink want you to pay for a subscription I tried goolink as it is suppose to be free with advertising... guess what they lied!! Do not use anything from this app designer as they clearly cannot be trusted! I have 3 other friends that have had the same happen. Very disappointed

Atcloud was perfect. I paid for the 3 year package then had to upgrade to this app. Now all I get is a black screen. It says its connected but nothing. Very poor app, why was it changed??? Ive tried on IOS and android. Switched back to atcloud and no issue until they stop atcloud working that is.

Very USER UNFRIENDLY app. Three years back it was 5 star. But now its dropped to 1 or 2. For the past one month, i cannot connect the app with the nvr. Each time a message comes on the cell: Connection timed out. or device off line. I am stuck up and want to change the app.

Can't even view my device online even after paying for it. Also email id of yours is getting bounced. Don't know how to get in touch with you. My DVR is showing connecting and does not go to the status connected. Which use to be few weeks before. Anyways ur reply awaited also restarted device but nothing happening .

Can anyone please help?? I can't connect with my camera when I am outside or when I'm using data. It always says "device is offline(-2)" And my friend from another country can't seem to connect to my cameras too. It only works when my phone is connected to the house wifi . How do I remedy this problem? Thanks

The worst cctv app I have ever encountered. It rarely connects via 4G. How do I get it to connect when I'm not connected to WiFi? You can almost never connect on 4G. Any ideas?

This app take long time to connect while outside. Sometime can't connect at all. Show device offine. Have to reconnect again. Damn poor apps.

This used to work both on wifi and 4G, then slowly started to have issues with 4G connection and now it doesnt connect via 4G anymore. works ok via wifi.

Keep being unable to connect to cameras. Tried to activate the free subscription by watching ad but still cannot connect and licence is showing valid. Emailed but no response.

Not working on Android 10. In this regard compatible version for the same may kindly be developed, or the features be upgraded.

The app keeps telling me : no forwarding server (-5000). What to do ? Please find solution for your servers am fed up with this. And please tell me what this message's about and what to do then

can connect to my camera via wifi but when I'm out cant connect with data it just says gooserver connection timeout how can this be when I've only just tried to connect waste of time

I have purchased the subscription for 3 years last month but from morning I'm not able to see my cameras on mobile network.... Absolutely not done.

aweful connection very rarely successfull. surley its in your own interest to update /repair this app to make it connect via 4G. everyone is leaving the very same reviews about time you acted upon the reviews please.

Latest version is not working over internal wifi but work on external network . I have to install old version for that..

Rubbish.. do not use this app. The moment you pay for their cloud service remote viewing will stop working. I spent hours with tech support guy in vain. Stay away from Goolink!

When the tablet is turned 90deg. Camera selection is turned off. So only in ported can be seen.

With this update it works great! Almost all problems were fixed.

Using since last 5 years and after sales technical support is also very good.

App not working with Android 10 Should be updated to work with latest Android version.
