Jonny Goood was born on July 10, 1987 in Pittsburgh Pa. He was raised in an amazing family environment where hard work, determination, dedication and motivation served as the foundation of life for him and his 3 siblings. Thanks to a solid foundation, Jonny believed he could do anything since birth. His parents were both hard working, blue collar individuals. His parents made sure that they attended church on a weekly basis. This is where his musical gift was nurtured. Being around his mother while she worked as a minister of music at their church allowed him to develop a keen ear for music. After graduating High School from Taylor Allderdice High School, Jonny moved with his parents to savannah, GA where he found the bass guitar. Jonny eventually moved to Los Angeles, California where he was offered his first gig as a bassist for national recording artist Keyshia Cole where he performed on "106 & park". He said “From that point on I knew music was my calling.” After working with Keyshia Cole, he found himself working alongside the worlds top talents including: Joe Jonas, Tori Kelly, Miley Cyrus, The WEEKND and more recently his old next door neighbor and childhood friend Wiz Khalifa. After countless hours of performing on the same stages with todays stars, Jonny decided to step down from supporting and put that same energy into himself. Watch Jonny's story unfold.
