Why is a separate App required? Couldn't just have this as a section inside Life@Optus?

Extremely easy and helpful
If I select my destination to be Pennant Hills, for example, while going from OCS, the 994 bus isn't given to me as an option. Only if I select the destination as Epping do I get the the 994 bus as an option. Why is the 994 excluded from a trip planned to a place like Pennant Hills when the train it suggests to use, goes through Epping? This app is useless if it can't tell me the available Optus buys routes. The route algorithm need to be fixed please.
Most of the time it can't find the best multi modal routes. Eg, I need a train and the 993, but it won't tell me about the 993 - it'll tell me to catch the train to macpark. Or some other bus. Where is the testing? In other news, the headline for the calendar shows, but I can't open the item.
App is no good to me if it's only for Optus employees. I am not one, so how am I meant to use it!?!? And secondly, why is there no mention at all of this in the app description!?!?

Crashed and hung on first run. Now it hangs immediately on opening.

Cant use without and access code! Where do we get those from?
Suggest to enable a rating option for passengers at the end of each trip.
