GoPass

Not reliable, but better than nothing. It doesn't always direct me to the fastest route but it will alert the user to cancellations sometimes. There should be feedback link available to problems with bus operators and busses that don't show up without notice. Lots of cancellations and poor service make very unhappy patrons who get treated like collateral damage when WE ARE REALLY THE REASON FOR THE SERVICE.

GoPass is constantly improving its bugs and is making great bounds to allow DFW citizens the chance to get around easily. it would have gotten 5 stars if they would only allow the feature to have riders and drivers directly communicate somehow. I've had many rides that have been made complicated because of pickup, and I cant let the driver know how to pick me up. Other riders likely have similar reasons to reach the driver, and a communication feature would help out so much more.

As much as I appreciate the convenience of the new GoLink system, this app has made me either completely late or relying on Uber to get me to and from Cedar Valley College several times and it's barely the 4th week in the semester. If the app didn't refresh literally minutes before the booking time making the route completely disappear before I even have a chance to book it maybe it could earn a few stars back. I would rather have the old bus route back, but that's not coming back anytime soon.

It cost an extra dollar a day to use this app, rather than paying cash. It should be the other way around, since the app saves drivers and passengers time, but whatever. Bottom line, If I had money to waste I wouldn't be riding the bus. ...in the time it took the app developer to respond to my review they could add a single ride ticket to bus fare. "We're working on it" is an absolute lie.

Really wish the stop arrival time list was consistent in any way. The app constantly switches between displaying times and saying that there are no scheduled services for the day. Makes it impossible to do any planning.

a little confusing on which service you're using. The scan tool on TM one-way ticket has never worked on the scanner. Seems like an issue easily detected and fixed, but hasn't. Overall functional aop.

Stupid app don't work half the time. When I try to schedule a Go Link it says over 1 hour wait, which is not true. Since they combined the zones in my area it routes me to a driver far away even though a driver is nearby with no rides scheduled. I have heard others complain of the same issue. They took our bus so it's this or Uber. This is very frustrating.

I like how all other Public transportation systems are also included like the TRE and Trinity Metro. I love how everything is a click away and that I can easily uninstalle the app when I'm not using it and if I need it again I can install it again and everything is still there. Useful and helpful.

I hated taking the bus before. All the uncertainty to arrival times, routes and all.But since I got my GoPass it's completely different. I don't mind using buses cause I can see immediately if they're going to be late and what time to be at stop. I'm not saying properly all the good things I want to say. I'll just say if you have to take public transportation get the GoPass and app.Makes 100% difference.

The app says that there's zero scheduled routes every time I use it now. I can no longer plan out my routes either as it says I need to have an internet connection, which I know I do. Please fix this!

This app needs to be updated so that the barcode for trinity metro bus pass shows up. Today i got given grief because of this problem. Please fix this immediately also it would help alot if the disabled ID could be shown on it as well.

Limited functionality. Does not allow you to buy a discount fare when you link your card to the app. In spite of this they should provid e a way for one to buy a discounted pass regardless of whether one has a card or not.

the app is good only if you have network connection. otherwise you won't be able to open it. This is frustrating because when you are under the tunnel and the DART personnel wants to see your ticket, it doesn't open!! It leads to awkward moments. Why don't you keep the View Ticket section available for offline showing and sync it occasionally instead of tying it to the whole app?

The e-ticketing functionality is great, but the trip planner doesn't seem to offer actual real-time trip planning. Instead, it seems to show trains and buses where they would be were they running on schedule, not where they actually are, which makes waiting for a late ride even more confusing and frustrating. On top of that, the interface is not as pleasing or easy to use as much more capable trip planning apps such as Transit, CityMapper, and Google Maps. Use one of them (esp. Transit) instead.

I would rate it higher since it does technically serve it's purpose, but it's so glitchy it's almost like a college student wrote the program: 1.) The walking instructions sometimes say to walk for an hour and a half even when the busses are running 2.) The walking instructions think we are flying cause it literally just draws a straight line to where you're going (through buildings and lakes) 3.) You can't set the departure time to a previous time or date.

This app is has been wonderful to use. It not only allows you to get tickets local or regionally, it provides bus/train maps and allows you to select and save your favorite stops. The app shows time schedules also which gives you the opportunity to flexible and not confined to sitting or standing at the stop praying you got there in time. Lastly it links you to Lyft/Uber if your bus or train route doesn't get you close enough to your destination. I've really enjoyed using this app.

I am pleasantly surprised with the ease of use of this application. I am new to the City of Dallas and felt somewhat intimidated when I initially registered. GoPass app interfaces with Google Maps. I am able to follow the route along and know when I get to my destination. I no longer have that anxiety associated with riding transit.

Trying to buy tickets for the train today and the app is useless. Can't add payment form without going through the account setup (which is fine) except that when you put in your name and zip code there's no way way to proceed.... The only option it gives is "skip for now". So what's the point here!?!! One star is too good of a rating when you are prevented from using it at all.

Ive used to GoPass app for 6 years now. Very convenient. I just wish they would educate all DART drivers on how they are to be displayed! Some want you to hold screen while displaying; some want u to hold it horizontal; some even want you to close it, and bring it back up in there presence! Annoying! Other than that i recommend, highly.

The app is very user friendly, the option to save a profile would be beneficial. Example: I had purchased a one month pass, so just spent $100 bucks. A few days later my phone was stolen. So I reinstalled the app, put in my phone number to "login", but my purchase of the month pass did not save. So I had to drop another $100. Good for DART, not for the customer. A profile using login credentials(email and a password)to create saved profiles would save riders in the situation a lot of grief.

If you are going to cancel a bus you should cancel it ATLEAST an hour before its scheduled. You should not be showing it as "on time" all day only to show it as canceled 5-10 minutes before its supposed to arrive.

Highly convenient way to buy a ticket, even after boarding the train, and avoiding the kiosks that don't work many times.

I've been using GoPass for awhile now, and recently it has started giving me the message to enable cookies in order to purchase me ticket. Cookies is already enabled on my phone, so im not sure what to do. I no longer use this app to purchase my tickets, and i refuse to save my card info

Time slots for buses randomly disappear without saying that it is "cancelled". How am I supposed to know if the bus is just really late or if its not coming until the next hour? Most of the bus routes don't even have live GPS, so I can't see how close they are to my stop. Very unreliable in the afternoon.
