I love this app. The only downside, it's very slow. Like so slow I'm like, "Did it register my tap?" Tips from one dev to another: loading symbol. If you have a little icon spinning or something indicating that it's loading the next screen, it feels like it's loading faster than it is. That would be a good bandaid until you guys get your speed worked out. Update: App has gotten faster, still a little slow but I'm not mad. It has been so helpful while my family and I has been sick.
Minumum cost can be anywhere from $10.95-$12.95 which is pretty resonable. Delivery fee is $2.95 (at least in my area). They'll even sometimes send free items as promotions and it's always something I've never tried which is also AMAZING! Delivery time can be a little Long if it's a game night or big event happening. The app Can get a little buggy if the apps version is out of date (but most problems disappear after a quick update) but the company itself is amazing.
This is a really neat way to get snacks/drinks/booze without ever having to worry that something will be out of stock (since they pick from their own warehouses.) Delivery drivers are also consistently well-mannered and punctual. *4/23/22: 3-star edit* since the most recent update, the app crashes quite a lot (and with no discernable pattern so as to help find the cause.) The option to add a post-delivery tip should also be re-implemented; good drivers deserve extra recognition!
Great app, perfect for preparing for a party, or if you get a random craving in the middle of the night. The discounts and deals are above and beyond, they don't need to give out deals and here they are doing it anyway. Drivers are usually great they just drop it off and speed off, great if you aren't that best at communicating or deal with anxiety, another great feature is the tipping, it's not even required, if you are low on cash and give no tip the drivers are often nice about it. 10/10 App
I loved this app so much, but now it is horrendously unreliable. There's no way to see what the delivery zones or times are. Whether I'm in a zone changes frequently, as do delivery times. I actually put an order in and paid for it, then waited for up to an hour only for them to cancel it claiming I was never in a delivery zone after all. And they want me to pay a monthly fee for free delivery? I'd have to actually get reliable delivery first. I was a fan back in 2020, now I'm disappointed.
Haven't been able to order anything. The message at the top of the home screen says,"Delivery to(my address)". I add what I want and then literally any item I add it says its unavailable or at the bottom "This delivery zone is currently closed . Please check back again later! " But any time of the day it's never available . I've checked the website and typed in my address to make sure they deliver to my area and it says it does, but apparently it doesn't.
Does not work on pixel 6 pro. Extremely buggy. Bottom bar disappears, stops loading inventory. The only way to fix it is to stop the app, clear data and cache. After that it just does it again and still cannot order.
Despite using this app since it first came out, gopuff has deactivated my account without any reason or even any notification. Had to find out after not being able to log in all week and finally chatting with a customer service rep. Who was not able to tell me why my account was deactivated. Although I do love that I still get emails and app notifications for them despite not being able to use the goddamn app.
I love go puff but the app is very poorly optimized, slow and super buggy. It constantly says I have no internet connection even on wifi Update 5/10/2022 to 4 from 3 They finally updated the app 🙌 it runs much smoother now and navigation isn't as clunky.
I was impressed with the service at first, but I quickly learned how inconsistent it is. Most drivers don't follow instructions and are more than happy to accept your generous tip, but don't want to walk up any stairs to earn said tip. Multiple times drivers forgot an item and I didn't hear back until the next day after reporting. Gopuff insisted on speaking to me before they would do anything about it. I work 2 jobs and don't have time to reiterate that your driver forget a 12 pack of coke.
The app won't even let you login anymore. The past Android version was a headache to navigate, but now the app is completely unusable. Constant "error" screen rerouting you to the login page. A great concept but the brand seriously needs to consider investing more into keeping their app even slightly useable.
Good delivery app. It had alot of discounts for referrals and has the best selection of items. Just watch out for for the tips. It will automatically, so depending on how much you spend you might be tipping alot.
App has gone downhill quick(!) In the last month. Order minimums introduced and Fam Subscription cost tripled. Service is all still the same and no new features introduced - just products getting more expensive and some product ranges no longer available. UI just as poor and glitchy as it has been for months now. Will be looking to other providers now. It's a shame as it was a good deal for a while there.
So, it's a great app and it's a great delivery system and all, but the app itself keeps closing out on me every single time that I try and complete an order. Edit: may 26, 2022, whatever update you guys did recently seems to have done the most best job so far. Thank you guys.
The UI isn't perfect, but I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised with my experience. The drivers are always quick and courteous and the selection is pretty great. The selection is always changing and sometimes you can find some good deals. It helps that the distro center is right across the river!
App doesn't work and they don't even service my area anymore. Update: they service my area now but the app is unusable. Can't place an order, keeps telling me I'm $12.95 away from the minimum when I have way more than that in the cart. Just a struggle to use. Wanted to get some ramen, should've taken 20 minutes for order and delivery but I spent almost an hour just trying to place the order because the app is so buggy
Completley unusable. Everytime I try to place an order I can never get things added to the cart, the pages don't load correctly, and if I do manage to get to the checkout an error appears. It was great in the beginning but I haven't been able to place an order in months, even after multiple updates.
Drivers so far have been pretty courteous and caring. The app it self has bugs, and some times even affects drivers. ( Had my order go to wrong address twice) I got my order back , customer service is responsive and they keep customers happy. Thanks, just improve the big mistakes.
Placed my order before they closed then they canceled it 15 minutes later when it should have been on its way. I think it's bad customer service to cancel an order because you will have to work an extra 20 min. Not to mention I order from them about 4 - 5 times a week and this isn't the first time this has happened. Ridiculous!!!!!! Guess I will go give my $ to UDF
This app is so slow anymore. It's always freezing and lagging. I stopped using it and went with other delivery services. Once again, No i will not contact you, fix your slow/malfunctioning app.
Wonderful well polished experience. The app is great, it's easy to use, clean, and high quality. The order went so smooth I was really impressed with how quickly it arrived and in such pristine condition. Great new experience over all. Edit: I've been using Gopuff for some time now and it's been consistent in its high quality packing, stock, deals, delivery, and customer service. If you can I highly recommend Gopuff. It's my go to. Here's to many, many, more orders from Gopuff
I love the app. It does move slow sometimes, but most of the time I roll thru jus fine. A chat option shud be added so we can communicate with the driver. I think that wud help with wrong address deliveries. And maybe add a tip adjustment option for after the delivery has been made.
Best grocery delivery app out there, particularly when you only need a few items (no "small delivery" fees). Reasonable prices, good selections, some good deals and fast, affordable delivery.
The service is great, gets here in 15 to 35 mins depending but the laggy app lets it down. I'm hoping they will repair it as it isn't easy for people not experienced On loading says error u need to reload several times during the ordering process. Sometimes the basket icon disappears which is frustrating. They give you 5 pound of codes when it's late, and let you get go puff points to get rewards like 10% offf which are great features. What is confusing is the fam delivery prices changes
Red flags: There's no obvious way to delete your account, and it didn't appear when I searched their help center for it. Also, when I considered using my Google account to log in, it asked for wayyy more invasive info than this app needs. While it was marked optional, that should have been enough warning for me to not make an account at all.
Can't get past the loading screen. It just reloads over and over again, sometimes flashing the login screen, sometimes flashing that there was an error and to retry. Neither stays on the screen long enough to click anything. I have closed the app, cleared cache, reset my phone, even uninstalled. Same result every time. Unusable. Edit: My *account* isn't having issues (I'm not even logged in, and have experienced this on two devices), your *app* is having issues. I see I'm not even nearly alone.
