Downloaded it to you for personal use. Turns out if you don't have a business account you can't use the app at all. When you click for home use it redirects you to the website. What a waste of time. Gordon's you need to get with the times and make sure everyone can use your app. Also, don't release an app that continually crashes.
Search options are not user friendly at all. It also needs to be easier to see order history and add those items to your cart. Changing a pickup day would also be helpful when more than 24 hours away still.
why doesnt this app remember passwords?? Better yet, why is it just a portal that wont even let me log in on the webpage it opens? All that happens is the webpage stalls and flips back to the app aTotally unable to sign in. Why is the delivery window 2 hours? As it is I cant get use it at all. Btw, I sent this review in 2019, it only took 2 years to get a response. How can you take this app seriously?
This app sucks. U need to fix it. I'd give it a zero of I could. I'm tired of cussing at your message thingy just to get access. And I'm tired of it going to Knoxville TN. I do not live in TN, I live in Michigan. I like shopping at your store but u need to shut down app. It's worthless.
The App literally does nothing except opens a chrome tab on their website. It is a glorified bookmark. 🤦♂️
Awful!!! All it is, is a link to the web site. It takes you to a browser to log in and do your shopping. Not an actual "app". It's literally 2 buttons to press.
This app won't let me do anything! As soon as I open it the box pops up for me to message if I need anything and it won't come off. Not happy with the function of this app at all.
Lol, there's an option for residential shoppers when the app launches, but it literally just opens their website in your browser. Why even bother saying it's for residential users? Just put business only in the title - problem solved.
Open the app and updated. Now can not access the app. You all need to make sure things work correctly before asking to update.
Uninstalling has an option for home customer but immediately goes to a texting option. No way to login
Feels more like a website ported to a phone than an app. Could be easier to navigate.
Useless. It doesn't give any updates on my orders or purchases. It's not any different than logging into the GFS online site. Very disappointed.
Useless on mobile. Default chat option can't be closed on mobile. Must access on a computer to get to underlying site.
Terrible. I installed and uninstalled several times but cannot get past the delivery truck on the opening screen

The Home part, for public, doesn't load. Are you not allowing the public to shop on this app? If not, remove the home part of thus app
Very easy to use. I can search for the items I'm looking for and pay for them either online or when I get to the store.
Can't download from Google app store. More work is needed.
I'm only giving this 2 stars because I hate the fact that it makes you sign up just to look at their products. I'm just trying to shop around to decide if I want to use them but I have to make an account first. no thanks

Don't bother downloading this app. All it does is connect you to their website. Literally. That's it.
After you update the app...you cannot get into it to order.
I find this app useful especially when I want to see my order and know when it is arriving.
Good app, always use before I shop in store or have my order delivered.
I wanted to know if I wanted to become a member. I can't even browse the app to see how they compare to Sam's Club and Costco. I've heard it's good, but I guess I'll never know. 😐
When it works right it is great to find out when the truck will arrive.
This app is a pretty good version of the very solid desktop portal. It's mostly mobile friendly (only minor glitches now and then), and makes ordering on the fly a lot easier and faster. If you like the desktop portal this will be easy to use; the whole GFS portal is nicely intuitive. Fix suggestion: make scrolling smoother.
