I haven't tried to use this app since last November but I'm still having the same issue. This app just doesn't work. It takes you in a loop and then crashes. It won't even stay open long enough for me to begin entering any information. I have a newer Samsung tablet and the most up to date version of Android. I'll try to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps.

Doesn't work. It asks for me to upgrade, sends me to the play store, I go to install and then sends me to a dead link. It asks me to sign in as well. This app no longer works. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. It's a dead app and it reads like the developer hasn't done anything to resolve the issue.

Same thing over and over, tells me to upgrade, sends me to Google, never upgrades. Just bounces back and forth like that. Even Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. This app doesn't work.

Installed on a new phone from the Google Play store and all I see is "Upgrade app" which does not work either. No menu it other instructions are available. Useless app. Uninstalled.

App won't let you choose your city only uses the GPS in your phone. We don't always need information on where we are standing I live 60 miles away from the the city I need to interact with

The background photo on the home page for Cerritos makes it difficult to read on the left side. The New Issue and Track Issues links work, all others give Webpage not available error. If city is not participating in those links they should be removed.

App crashss constantly for City of Lynwood tried multiple times not reliable and useless app. Developers fix the issue keeps stopping and reboots.

Truly awful. I have never had so much trouble installing ANY app. The old version worked well. This version is garbage... and that's being unkind to REAL garbage.

Downloaded the app and the weather links I was looking for don't work at all. Error messages every time. Now I'll uninstall this useless app.

Complete junk, doesn't even work. Forces you to download another app that doesn't work. Complete BS.

As soon as I try to open a request in any category it crashes. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem.

App says select an agency but gives no options. Says no agency's in my area using the application. But my town website has a link for it.

i selected my issue type, put in the location, a phot, and a discription... abd when i click submit it tells me to select an issue type... so i try to tap on issue type and it does nothing... cant submit

Picking the location (GPS) needs improving, but everything you need to report is available.

Used to be quite accurate. NOW, the addresses have to be corrected 3/4 of the time. What happened?!

Like others have mentioned, it appears the app is dead. Unfortunate as it worked well.

It appears to be working now, support was great and were working on the problem quicky

installed the app and it just kept spinning trying to load gps. I had gps turned on. Uninstalled...

Mount Diablo weather conditions will not work on the android version. Please fix.

this app is stupid. i download it, and it tells me i need to enable my GPS? i have my GPS enabled.

My phone says this app contains a virus and to uninstall immediately??!!

This app is an awesome way to contact local township services.
