This app is great when it works. Most of the time though it won't even let me in. After scanning my print, it just spins and spins. If they fix that then I would give it 5 stars.

Been locked out of my account for weeks now, technicians can't seem to help. They have told me my username is incorrect, even though it's only email address I have. Have tried changing password but doesn't recognize my social or my date of birth. Was instructed to Uninstall and reinstall with technician on phone with me and still didn't work. Technician even tried to log in my account and got nothing. Besides this being scary it's a bunch a bull. Ever since upgrade it's been trouble!!!

new to go retire, received an email for my quarterly statement. attempted to log in as instructed, with ss# and DOB for the first time. very frustrating as no customer service available on Saturdays. attempted to find an email address to send an email to with no success. after entering SS# and DOB and pressing submit. nothing happened, no return email. wondering who I sent my personal info to. next day still no email with further instructions. Dwnloaded the app and no resolve there either

This app will not launch since the latest update. It just automatically crashes every time I try to open it. update: It appears the bug has been fixed. Thank you.

When I first got this app it was great. And I've been using it to monitor when my payments go in for my 401k. It was nice to be able to see the breakdown and be able to change things. I went to go log on today because my payday is Friday. And it says that I don't have the newest version. And it will not open the app until I download it. When I go to download there's nothing to download. Now I'm at a standstill. It makes me not want to have a 401k.

I always have issues logging into my account. Setup fingerprint access resets and try my password won't accept somehow always locks me out and forces me to call to unlock my account. Overall needs serious work to be better app.

Technical issues. Trying to log in through app however it keeps loading and will not goto the screen to log in. I am able to access my account through Google chrome tho

Worked fine for a long time but now trying to log in with biometrics locks my account. The only way to unlock it is to spen 30 minutes on hold.

Got a message that I need it the new version of the app, well it won't down load, and now I can't do anything with it......it won't get me out of the page where the message is.....it sucks

ever since the update...this app does not load....UPDATE....looks like the Bug has been fixed...I'm changing my rating to 4 star

It just told me to update before I could open the app.. I did.. now it won't open at all.. closes as soon as you try to open it
