I have loved this app however, despite setting it to fingerprint login, it is constantly needing authentication so the quick access is never quick. I thought the most recent update would fix that. Just frustrating to have a feature that you never really get to use.
Everytime I open the app it has one problem or another. Either asking to enroll my phone number multiple times a day or asking to verify Everytime you log in. It fails to save log in information or can't verify fingerprint. What's waste of goodoney developing this trash. Your a bank do better.
I keep it set to sign in with my passcode however each time I sign in I have to put my full username and password and be sent a code and reassign my passcode and then next time I login it doesn't work again. It's been like this for at least a week now and it's really annoying because this isn't the first time it's happened
Only works a few times before "authentication" needed. You have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. I love the app when it works.. please fix!!!
Horrible app. Constantly get "authentication required" error at login. Continuously crashes and requires reinstalling. Very limited functionality. Great bank. Terrible app!!
App never works. So annoying. If it would let me do 0 stars I would. Open the app and it always stops and says update needed but there's no update on the app page or store. Ridiculous
It's always giving me an error. Uninstalled and installed it again a million times but it's still giving the same error. Please fix your app. Thanks!
Does not properly operate with all the functions. Cannot do my bill pay. Won't authenticate when I log in with my fingerprint and locks me out.
It works great for me! The only thing I don't like is that it takes up to atleast a day or 2 to deposit my check, my last bank would get deposited that exact day
Not as easy to use as others, requires extra steps & no way to access multiple accounts with single log on.

Very user friendly, plus I like banking with GSB as all of the staff I've ever dealt with have been really friendly and understanding.
Mobile version great. Tablet version is great. Desktop and chrome need a bit more help

This app works wonders I can manage my bank accounts and it makes my money accessable at all time great for people on the go.

Gorhan Savings Bank mobile banking is cumbersome, inconvenient, and slow. It's crazy that I cant just endorse the back of my check like every other bank i use and have used.. instead, GSB makes me write a tome on each check. it would be quicker to drive to the bank except that GSB has out-dated banking hours completely inconvenient to people who work normal work hours. GSB is a fine bank for retired people who don't have much to do. GSB stinks for the rest of us.
Login with fingerprint doesn't work right. Constant error of "Authentication required"
This app is very simple to use and seems to update account activity quicker than other banks I've seen.
Use it frequently. On occasion it has a glitch, but is generally reliable relative to other mobile banking apps I use. I could do without having to click through directions twice in order to deposit a check.
