The app doesn't connect properly. The fan blinks LED every 2 minutes because it gets disconnected with the WiFi. Even to turn on fan, we need to press the button 3-4 times on the Mobile app. For some reason, everytime I save a device in a particular room, after I exit the screen, all the devices are removed from the room. I can see the device in "All devices" but the rooms are always empty no matter what. The app is useless and horrible. I want to remove the WiFi functionality from the fan also

I bought this fan because i could control it from app. After installation, i found app to be very slow in responding. 1) takes time to connect for the first time (shows offline for very long) 2) post connection, response is very slow (have to select multiple times before it actually respond) 3) Lag in response Please rectify before selling this feature. It is really irritating and disturbing.

App is very basic. Issues with the app 1. Why does the app require my location? 2. Just to access the fan in the app one needs to go through 3 screens. Which is annoying, specially when you want to change the settings while asleep

Great smart fan. But am not able to sign up as I open the app. As I click sign up, it just says "Unfortunately, gorilla can't be opened". Nothing worked even after restarting my phone and even reinstalled the app. Please help me out if there is possibly anything you could do to help me about this.

Fan didn't connected initially. Need to press led button for some time to generate led rotating pattern, after that fan got connected within 2 sec. It is little difficult to understand new technology at my age, but once it is connected, very easy to use afterword. gives me complete control of my gorila smart fan. very good product.

Need a widget. Not sure if you guys are actively working on this app anymore but a widget option will be great as it will provide with the ability to control the fan without opening the app every time.

There is no documentation on how to configure or use voice control. Claim to be a cool startup but probably everyone there is dumb. You guys can't even provide basic knowledge on how to configure voice control on your website. App itself is pathetic and of very little use. Not sure why I paid a bomb for this fan.

The app is very simplistic. for example, the timer can be used to turn off after certain hours. it would be great to have a timer to turn on also.

I am using this app on Lenovo P2. It works smoothly. For controlling, it doesn't need any IR blaster. Even it works with Google assistant like a charm.

Excellent support system,quick and efficient engineering. Only improve on the remote control quality it easily breaks with one fall

The app does not work at all. Not able to detect the fan and also not getting connected to the home WiFi.

I bought Voice recognition fan, but it doesn't get connected with this app.. Highly disappointed. I have said this to Customer care many times, but they didn't give proper guidelines too. Highly disappointed

I have an open WiFi network without any password, the app won't accept a network without a password I used the Smart Life app to configure my fan and it works fine.

I cant go further to open app as while adding email address they say this user name already exist, i tried 50 different and they said same for all, from where shall i bring new user names 😤😤😤. And bcz of that step i cant go further, how could i even come to know that whether it is useful or not. Do solve this problem.

not able to use aap for as fan remote, connecting to wifi screen doesn't works never connecting to wifi is there is any issue with this app any new update version available? my phone mi note 4️⃣

Very complicated app can't understand the gorilla atomberg company not even made a simple YouTube video to guide customer how to connect fam with mobile remote control. App is very disappointing. They tell u to just contact on WhatsApp but there is no reply . Very sad ☹️☹️☹️

Even after complaining no update from their end Good but need more features 1.for simply turning on the fan u need 3 steps to follow 2.cant combine sleep mode and timer 3.timer has 1,2,3 and 6 hours setting , what it u want to set timer to 4 hours ,there is no option

Fan sounds: tik-tik. Even after replacement, same issue is there, seems manufacturing defects.

Worst app. of no worth it is not connecting with WiFi network 😡 you can only operate it by remote no voice control using Alexa..... Not worth money...

Unable to connect to wifi. Tried with 3-4 other wifi networks. Error - Out of time.

can not use the app, not able to connect to my Jio Gigafiber as it's not accepting the password... Totally fed up.

Total stupid App. Luckily I have two superfans and the remote app of Superfans is damn simple. This guy's are nuts making it such a big deal to grant IR remote access to their fans.

Deserver 0 star, app doesn't work, no support from seller, Though they promised better support after 3 months followup, but the fan itself stopped working now only after 5 months of usage Again pathetic support and IVR beaming rude message to call again tomorrow, they really need to increase support hours, and during off hours why can't they take support request and give call back on working day?
