All year have been getting calls from drivers with issues they have with the log book from no connection or mileage being recorded. I don't need my divers getting pulled into a weight station and have to deal with violations because of the ELD. More over, drivers can't log in because of a server issue.
The app sucks server not responding every morning when trying to log into and when doing inspection and trying to sign logs. Has a map on it that u can't do anything with and app won't let me do split screen so I can use GPS.
This app is winner for "Worse App I Have to Use" award. Seriously the basic functions of signing logs or sending in drivers inspections take a minimum of 20 minutes each and every day. God forbid you have a problem with your eld! The customer service has been non-existent. Just a terrible app.
The app is very unreliable. Tech support is lacking. I could go on and on but I won't. Google Play should review what is on the store a little better. Been dealing with issues for two months with no resolution.
This app is garbage. It when you go to edit something, it freezes and looks like it's loading but never loads. Also can't find eld thing via bluetooth
Thx for costing me money by forcing me to update while In data roaming area. So far have not been impressed with either app or customer non support, was told mechanic option part of basic service, it is not, had trouble for 5 months trying do things on flt mgr, someone finally let me in on secret you have to use Google chrome why not let me know that months ago?
Avoid this product. Disconnect all the time won't reconnect. If you need a good one get keeptruckin. Tech support won't help you still waiting on reply to my email after speaking to them over a month ago
I got it, i open it, and is asking to log in, mmmmm i have no account, looked for create acount, did not find it, deleted the app, and that was my tale with the app. Someone recomended it to me, now i am thinking that person dont really like me.. well lol
Only one issue with servers not responding in 2 years, they fixed it in a timely manner. Other issues were my own wrongdoings.
Terrible app.. waiting for download for 3hrs. Still nothing. This should not be a hard update. Or in the middle of the week !!!!! STUPID.. update on the weekend or make it gradual
Zero stars ! Freezing data and not connect with server three violations for one year. AVOID using this trash I switch to Keep Trucking.

Awful experience, 3 years of scamming me of hard resources, very unreliable and rude staff. Won't ever recommend this gorilla or monkeys. Garbage app.

Support 0, accounting 0 , app 0 they never have solutions, they will send you that they recived problem and than that they resolved ( and they will not do a thing), charging per unit, not per device (how you made contract), devices all new ,old more expensive / less are losing connection , support rude, accounting giving false information. Transferring after 2 years on keep trucking.
