Gosedan app is very useful and convenient to use. Their services are cheap and good compared to their competitors. The thing I love the most is they don't do any surge pricing. Surprisingly, they have the best customer service team. I'm happy that their agents respond right away to my concerns. Good job!
The GPS accuracy is not good. The arrival time is also not accurate. The app said my driver was 12 minutes away and he was literally parked in front of me. The accuracy needs major improvements.
The best app ever
Tried this to book a car and after 20 minutes gave up. Tried to confirm a reservation or to see what is going on. Tried to chat with CS but couldn't get a response from them. Deleting the app. Did not have the same experience as Ty Williams a previous review.
It's really great for picking up family and friends at LAX. Great alternative to Lyft and uber
Charged $5 by mistake for canceling a reservation. Takes forever to contact CS. Gave up! Also, cannot use the app while on airplane wifi. Will use uber in future.
The app never loads. It just spins and spins.
I'm impressed. My car broke down when I was about to pick up a VIP client of mine. Their GoSedan Black didn't let me down. Chauffer was very presentable as well I can say the ride boosted my confidence. I closed the deal! Now I'm thinking to dump my car and use GoSedan for business affairs. I canride a car I couldn't afford yet. Thumbs up!
Oktoberfest was super fun with all the booze and stuff, so I reserved a ride to pick me up after a party last Saturday. A safe ride, would use it again
Tried six--6-- times to create new account. Somehow blocked each time. Also there found three--3-- different apps. Very confusing. I cancelled the app and ride I could not access.
