Well they certainly dropping the ball i use to use there service tried to reach out no answer i disputed charges on my credit card and still didn't get an email back or phone call from my account rep.
I can't believe how easy they made it to use all the tools integrated into your site. I was a little worried I was paying a lot for the services but after trying others I know I was wrong. Your not going to find anything like Gosite if you know what you want. Great job guys cause I am a tough customer. Oh yeah and support is worthy of the Title. :)
I was lead to believe i could enter all my current clients phone #'s and sent them all an invitation in a text, to review my services on google. When i found out that they can not do that, I asked to cancel my services, in writing, in an email directly to their staff that was in conversation with me. I was told i had to keep paying for the service, despite their misleading marketing and failure to be able to fulfill my needs and expectations of service. After my term ended, they continue to charge my account a huge amount of $75 for ZERO Services that I use! For doing NOTHING, they keep charging me! Evil people behave this way. Dishonest people do not cancel when you request to cancel a simple service like this! They know it's simple and they won't cancel. They keep charging to rip people off! Now I have to get an attorney involved to refund all the month in the past that they charged me for ZERO SERVICE, ZERO ABILITY TO DO WHAT I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THEY COULD DO, FROM THEIR ADVERTISING!
Long load times and terrible refresh rates, the UI for this app is hands down the worst I've ever experienced and all i have to say is doing business with gosite was a mistake.
Good but need to show a notification number over the app telling if and how many messages were new and needing to be seen. This is mportant. Missed several calls due to this missing. Helpful.
Haven't seen anything positive since I signed up. They are full of broken promises, when they tell you they will do more than your current marketing team and you change to them nothing changes,its a waste honestly. Don't sign up. you will be stuck in a pointless contract
The message part is HORRIBLE. It doesn't act like a real message app. Doesn't allow the return button to work, or other basic responses. Write a paragraph and see for yourself
Working with the GoSite team was a smooth and easy experience. In all correspondences with the team I found their prompt responses to phone calls and questions satisfactory. I learned a good deal in website set up, and I was comfortable in each level of the process. I am satisfied with the arrangement and the finish product. The app doesn't work. I updated my information. And it doesn't work. I posted a ad to go to my Facebook page and GMB listing and it doesn't show. I'm not happy with the service At all. I'm paying $200 a month for what?
I tried to get help to see about removing the picture off of Bing but no results. Sorry, other than that, everything is fine.
I personally think this site is a joke. We were offer some type of free trial and after many messages back in forth with terrible customer service, decided to move on. It took 4 days to get some one to actually read my concerns. In today's world you can't let a customer wait that long. I was just looking for a password to review the set up. Which when I got it could not even log in. I don't know if it even works. Don't waste your time evaluating gosite. They should change the name to GONESITE?
Things they don't make very clear: 1. You will be locked in a 12 month contract. 2. They will ask you a minimal amount of questions then create a very generic website for you. 3. They will never follow up with you after the first month. 4. You will not be on the first 10 pages of Google unless you get reviews. 5. The dashboard for customer management is very clunky and not user friendly. After having my website with them for 6 months, my business doesn't show up in the first 10 pages of Google.
Great service. Hands dowm best advertisment service around. Dont just down load this app you must contact the team @Gosite they are very hands on and great at responding. Love this service.

I dont understand anything this company is doing , i havnt got one call through th AAA AAAem ,iwas told they would help me through it but havent heard a word since they ran my card untill now cause its time to collect again .. I dont want any prblms just pls cancel my subscription

i cant use any of the tool via app. i cant ask for reviews from customers or send messages.
Have my website with Gosite, they never follow up with my requests to change info or update my website..all they care is charging every month.
What a joke of a company don't get scammed signed up was able to cancel 2 months after canceling they bill us again. Gosite literally took my Google views from 15k to 2k view after I signed up. My Google map rankings went from 1st position to 20th don't be fooled by what they tell you. They don't do squat for you. Their sales teams will promise you the world but don't do squat once you sign on. That's their aim. Horrible horrible company

an other scammer you can add to the big family of home advisor, angie's list, thumbtack, handy and the like, save your time and your money, advertising the old way is 100000000 times effective and cheaper

Smooth and easy transaction
Overall it's not bad. I like the concept! I don't get notifications about messages randomly which makes it hard to trust. The web page is fine I do get contacts out of the program, however I have always had a content coming soon message on the page. I price things different then what their program offers but I make it work. The booking program and payment system does work pretty good except that you have to create a new invoice which isn't attached to the original booking but not terrible.
