d/L'd in march & nvr has wrkd. when contacted by support its somehow my devices fault or the way I used the app( it didn't wrk on either iOS or Android platform). I have been n contact w/ many ppl using app across many platforms & it hasnt wrkd for them either. for past 2 months they GoSpiro keeps talkn abt an "update" but nvr have released any. a rep informed me they havin issues with an update. Maybe GoSpiro needs to strt over with a new app or get a new team of software writers tht can fix it
My husband is a lung transplant survivor he uses the machine so the hospital can monitor his lungs and their capacity of breathin in and out it worked for a while it stopped calculating the numbers got a new turbine worked for a while did the same thing company did what they could they helped all they could. Hospital told me do the best he could because this is a common problem I need to call the hospital again today because it's getting worse hopefully they can help
I use this app weekly and find it easy and quick to get my pulmonary measurements. The numbers are transmitted to my pulmonary provider without any other work or my end. I get it set up and the measurements done in under a few minutes.
