The app is very easy and leads you thru the project. If everything is not completed it will not submit so you can easily go back and finish what has been missed.

I have to type everything in twice and half the time it still doesn't save the info. Very frustrating to use.

I love using this app. Recently though, I often have to submit an answer twice because it does not save the first time. This isn't much of a problem unless it is a comment that is very long and has to be typed all over again. This is something that has been happening only recently.

Love it, able to assist my Store Director with Mission without having to take her store phone. I think allowing us to download this app on our personal phones was an great idea.

Overall, this is really good app. Sometimes it won't let you bypass questions that you have no response for.

Too slow. Constantly have to dump data and cache to make it work. Last 2 night I have buildings that show no rooms like they just dropped them from the system. Customer support is terrible all they had to offer was a solution I had already tried. Oh and good luck reaching them while your actually having the problem. They work bankers hours. Terrible app for doing inspections.

Gps isn't accurate, shuts down, and should be l designed to tell you a list of accounts that are too be surveyed each month as our always changes and you never know which ones to do as well as a list keeping track of what has been done for the month so you don't have to go into each individual account to see what's been

Best mystery shop app! I can answer questions in any order. I can easily add pictures. I haven't had any issues logging back on when I clear apps off my phone. The verification at the store works great. I have never had to revisit a shop because the app couldn't complete a log in/log out session. The only problem, but it is a small one, is finding the questions I missed when trying to submit. I just scroll past it a couple of times before I find it.

Very slow at times, and as another reviewer stated the camera now is iffy as to how the pictures come out - which is a necessary function for most missions our company builds. Also, any tap on the bottom buttons such as activity or settings takes you to the store list. A second tap on the desired button takes you to what you are seeking. And when GSC is slow makes it frustrating to complete stores.

Temp logs are not working anymore. App crashes immediately any time i open a temp log

Easy to navigate. Pictures upload with ease.

Good app to use for auditing / merchandising to make sure you don't miss anything. Most important though, is that they have an amazing support team. Their hours are reasonable & I've never had trouble with them not understanding the reason I made contact, as has often happened elsewhere. They're polite and happy to help, offering a lot more than just tech support. Overall though, aside from a few glitchy bugs that need working out, this is a pretty decent app

I hate that the company I work for is using this application. GSC crashes often, takes forever to load certain things, and I often end up having to enter the same information over and over again. Rather than being a tool to make work productivity more efficent it ends up significantly slowing me down, and leaving me frustrated. I do not recommend.

I use this app everyday for work and it has its challenges. Unless there's a fantastic internet strength it takes forever to load. Yesterday it took 15 minutes to load my missions. It's very frustrating... this is after getting a different tablet. Also. I wish you would put a note section for each store so we don't have to look through the history to see what we accomplished or what problem we had at the store. Putting the info into the contacts area seems pretty archaic.

Used to work fine. But for the last 6 weeks (approximate) the list loads in any of the missions take an extremely long time, or will not load at all. I've dine all suggested troubleshooting methods, and it is not improving. I am completing any missions I can and daily try, but its not improving.

1/29/21 Hello wanted to check in and let you know the app is still crashing when I try and get pictures. Its also starting to freeze up as well. If this helps: I'm not using the store wifi, my phone is a note 9 I like the app, its straight forward and easy to use. But it crashes or freezes up when trying to take pictures to attach to the report. The only way to get it to work is to totally reboot my phone. I'm using an android device, I don't hear my colleagues who use iPhone having that issue

Great app. BUT, several times it didn't save my pics when I submitted them. I had to take them again. It saved them the second time I took them. Other than that recent problem, it works well.

Convient and simple function.

Was great until update 5.3.1. I am pretty sure the so called update to the camera app was meant to be good, but a camera that goes back to features from 2009? No zooming, no brightness controls, WYSIWYG picture taking. Wow! UPDATE: It is good, but not great, the added features are a good start, it is close to what it was before the change.

This app is so frustrating! It kicks me off of the internet all of the time, won't load some missions and won't submit missions half the time. It makes my job harder having to turn it on and off and restart it to get it to load.

poor user interface. just called to tell what you used. only saves your progress about 50% of the time. because of this it encourages users to rush through and not actually use it for what it's supposed to be done.because more than likely they're going to have to use it again. because it won't save. it worked well when my company only used it for one thing but when expanded. it became a joke.

Corporate told me to use this app to send them pictures of the store. I just want to fix the store and do my job. edit: thanks for the response being super polite and wonderful despite the one star review. I updated for you to 4 stars just because the reply was super nice. Update: for some reason it logs me out every month. Not sure if Corporate settings or just app shenanigans. Only 1 other coworker experiences it (3 others total in loca)

User Friendly app , I like how it easily gave me directions and maps out my routes for me from the closest location then next. Easy to use and understand. It makes my projects much more easy n has lots of potential for other additions. thanks n looking forward to using this app for upcoming projects.

It worked perfectly until one particular assignment. It wouldn't upload images no matter what we tried. Now, it's not recognizing or listing my other assignments. It's quite frustrating.

The list takes forever to get downloaded inspite of having a strong network and high speed internet connection. Keeps crashing and there's always a lag in updating things.

This has been a mess. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times and can't get it to work at all. It closes as soon as it opens. I've installed it on two different phones, same result. I use a Samsung 8+

Please consider allowing the new landing menu to be opt out. While I do see why it would be useful for some, for the majority of users in my company, itis a frustrating extra step to bypass when all one wants to do is get to their place to start their mission.

This is a very handy app. You can use it just about anywhere as long as you have internet. With the GoSpotCheck app you don't need to print up the various surveys, as they're all done through the app on your phone. Very handy.
