When you can actually get help, it's the best app there is. Unfortunately, you will spend about 7 out of 10 attempts just retaking photos because even though a problem may be clear, its algorithm can't usually read it, so you lose hours retaking photos that could be spent understanding a problem.

It was working great at first (used it about 10 times), every tutor was helping but now all the pictures/graphics of the math equations or explanations are not appearing as the tutor tries to explain the problem. I've done the same problem three times and all three times it was not working.

It's pretty impressive, at least I don't have problems with physics anymore At least all u have to do is to snap your questions and it will automatically be solved. It really saves me stress from overoccupying my brain energy so much. Actually, one thing I don't like about this app is that it only solves questions that are not in sentences, but by the way I still love the idea of what u thought about this app, I expect to see greater apps than this that can really save me from too much problem

On average the experts "lose connection" over 4 times per daily usage. Super frustrating. Apparently they can just claim to "lose connection" if they don't know how to answer your question or don't want to and they don't get penalized for it. Not worth the money for how often they "lose connection". Also, even if they actually do lose connection there needs to be an instant reupload instead of making us retype everything and take another screenshot of what we need help with.

It would be nice if the app didn't keep having messages that say I gained a study session when I didn't. It also would help if I didn't have to log out to gain a new study session. But, its still very helpful!

After several attempts to have a question answered I was disconnected. I understand once or twice. However I wanted to see if it was an error or a choice not to answer the question, after the 15th disconnection I posted the same question with the answer off to the side and asking for verification and then I finally received an answer to the same question I had be disconnected from the same individual 15 times. Very poor app and no accountability.

I dont like the app first of all it doesn't have my country!!! Not what i expected

Fantastic, you can learn a lot with world class experts here. The best learning app I have ever seen. Frankly speaking it has improved my grades a lot. Customer service is also very good.

Its a very good app that has gotten me outta tough problems doing homework, the people that assist you are very helpful and responsive to questions and will explain in full detail if youre confused or need assistance.

I'm not the best at math and sometimes I just get stuck for hours trying to figure out one problem. This app helps me figure out where I'm going wrong and guide me in the right direction. Saves a lot of time too!

It's good, but the free expert help session didn't work. After uploading, it said "you don't have enough sessions to ask this question". not happy with this app... :(

This app has helped me through online learning and has given me so much relief when it came to assignments and understanding certain problems. Thanks to this app I'm no longer struggling as much!

The app worked really well and now it just constantly refuses to connect me with an expert. Nothing I can do fixes it, either.

This app saved hours of me who is cramming for the final exam. I got some problems which I couldn't find anywhere on the internet and being connected to an expert is exactly what I needed 🤩🤩

I hate this app. It's giving me to pay just to let me continue help me in studying. I guess it did help me, but I did wasted my time on it. I want this to upgrade and remove the fee that people need to pay.

Most of the time the answer is not given or is wrong. It's a waste of money to have experts do it. I've lost like 40$ to answers given wrong or not given at all. And when you report they do nothing at all.

It's good but I wish she gave two like free sessions. The experts answer ur question but like if it's hard for u then they prop won't understand it themselves. So like you can't relia on then too much

Please also add more subjects like financial accounting,statistics,Business administration etc.I will recommend to all the students to study hard by becoming a part of photostudy.It is really very nice app.I give 4stars because of limited subjects.

When I found this application I was very happy until the moment when I realized that I can't get an explanation from a normal robot(free explanation), only from an expert.

The science experts on this app are great. I have asked multiple physics related queries for my assignment and have always received help immediately.

Terrible service. I posted a question that had clear instructions on how to do it, but the experts said that I did not post the entire question. Also, there are not a lot of math topics to choose from . Would not recommend.

Don't waste your time on this the tutors are always have connections issues and never fully answer your questions. Wasted my credits and half answered questions.

Its a great app but today i had a problem i was told i will be getting a free session but i didnt get it and also i paid to buy session but when i ask the question helper didnt explain it right and i got chrged 2 times and dudnt got any solution but overall its the vest i definately recommend

I like that I got my hoomwork done. But the only things I dont like is that I have to pay for more sessions. That made me delete the app and download a nit that useful one instead

I have problem with payment. Only 2 option, paypal and debit card. Using debit card also can not make a payment.
