Select CONCERT MODE after completing registration of your ticket information on the App. You can enjoy various stage productions through light sticks.
2. CONNECTING WITH BLUETOOTH ON YOUR SMARTPHONE
Turn the switch down on the light stick to set it to Bluetooth mode.
Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone and place your smartphone close to connect them.
3. SELF-MODE
After connecting with your smartphone with Bluetooth, touch a color you want on the screen. The light stick color will change accordingly.
4. BATTERY CHECK
While on “SELF MODE”, select “SETTING” on the top right of the screen to check the battery condition of your light stick. Check if you need to replace the battery.
[CONCERT GUIDELINES]
- Check your seat information on your ticket before the concert and enter it on the light stick in advance.
- Please be seated in the same seat where you registered for the light stick. Moving to a different seat may cause different stage appearance.
- Check the light stick battery in advance to prevent turning off during the concert.
- For light stick stage production, be sure to have the light stick that is registered via mobile App and set the light stick switch on “CONCERT MODE”.

I guess they didn't use the feature, because no one's changed colour at all. But it just kept reading that it was preparing. it had some torouble pairing, and downloading. On unlimited 4G, it took over an hour to download this little app. Not impressed.
I can't connect my lightstick to this app at all no matter how many times I try, even tried to uninstall and reinstalled the app again but it's still not working. I hope that you can make this app more better for us Android users to connect easily with the lightstick.
I love it and absolutely adore how cut it is but I just can't connect my light stick to my phone and it really upsets me. I've tried to google what to do and all but other's work well and seem to connect within seconds... Edit: I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A8.
It's a good app and I really like it. But for some reason when I turn on my bluetooth and go to self mode it doesn't connect. And I have a Samsung Galaxy s8. Please make this app eligible for all phone bands
just got my lightstick for my concert on 7/10/19 but it won't connect with my Samsung s10+ but it would to my old phone lg g6 which is also an android but makes no sense for it to pair with one and not the other fix please other wise I'd have to take my old phone just for my lightstick to work
I'd tried for hours but it can't connect with my Android phone even when reinstalled the APP. I know there're some people have the same issue. Please sloved it before the concert.
This used to work just fine. But since the update, my android doesn't connect. And I know others have this issue and this is messed up. Fix this please
It worked amazingly on my old Samsung but recently I changed it to Samsung A50 and it's not connecting. The concert is less than 2 weeks... Please, sort out this problem.🙏🏻💚🐥
7/10/19 Concert. bought lightstick at the concert and I didn't connect. Samsung S10 user. Tried again at home, still not working.

It connected at first try, but that's it. I couldn't connect my lightstick again after several tries.

The Keep Spinning update has definately improved it by a longshot but I still have a slight issue. Ehile it doesnt disconnect every 5 seconds anymore, it still lags when changing colors on Self Mode. The colors will change fine for a bit and then it will suddebly freeze and tke like 5-10 seconds to change color again.
