Your app is still freezing. I've done everything that the last reviewer mentioned as well and I'm having the same exact issues. You guys have really been slacking. Fix it. The app is otherwise great when it's working.

Terrible delivery service none of the restaurant seem to get the orders right I'm always missing items or get the Wrong items . I'm finally sick of it I've tried to get it multiple chances from different places it's not the restaurant....... fall river trash app
App freezes have to shut my phone down three or four times before I can order. If it weren't the only app that the smoothie shop I liked used. I would NEVER use it again
The app is completely broken. Their pricing seems fair. Uber eats and door dash Jack up the item prices, plus they have delivery and service fees. This one seems a lot more fair. You just can't use them because the app is horrible.
This is a local business and great idea! Any issues you can call them like if the app cant find your address they answer they phone I googled the number and helped me out! Highly recommend using them instead of those other ones.
I've always had a good experience with this app. Even today when I accidentally put in the wrong address, I emailed them and they fixed it immediately. Great service!
I love this app, its feels great to order food from favorite restaurants and the drivers are very friendly. I'm recommending this app to everyone I know.
Only reason i gave this a 1 star rating was to catch the Devs attention! Why only have drivers in the 5-6 selected areas?? Im from Los Angeles and there are plenty of "upscale" resturaunts out this way! I would love and be willing to drive for your company if possible... Becoming a partner is becoming a consideration. Thank you

Everything is hot and is delivered within 10 minutes starting using when my car was stolen. The restraunt is 3 blocks from my home. Food is great delivery people are terrific. Great attitudes even in terrible weather.one delivery person likes to start delivery with a joke and on my birthday gave me a card . i think that was very nice seeing i live alone and have no visitors.it's very nice for this person to do talk with me for a couple of minutes makes a big difference when you don't have any 1
If it worked correctly and actually loaded restaurants without me having to reinstall every time, it'd be a great app

when I kept trying to put in my address it kept telling me no location found so I'm giving it one star
Ordered through chew because there was no online menu for Lizzy's in new Bedford. The delivery driver took the food from the breakfast restaurant but did not deliver it
The look and control of the app is primitive. More than once while ordering, I distinctly put in delivery then get told it's pick up...but then when checking the order it says delivery again. You can't keep up with the oder to see when it's done. Just a confusing experience.. Uber Eats, and even Doordash is better.
