They don't have any current information of me. However they sure as hell took my info regarding my debit card information. Schedule my trip. Yet inspite of it all this they claim that my email address and debit card information is at default. I seriously don't get it. There are about 3 to 4 withdrawals to my bank account regarding to this matter. Please advise this situation. Or better yet handle it!! Thank you.
Too many broken scripts made this app non-working. Developers really need to get a credit and hire some instituition in order to check back daily in order to make sure it app is running smoothly.
this is a fraud application. they take credit or debit card details.. do the transaction and nothing shows up. they are total fraud.
too many stops and favoritism towards people that speak there language. my bus to richmond is supposed to be there at 3 pm but because of some traffic and letting certain people(Chinese) off the bus for unrelated issues are a concern and i wont be there until 535 unbelievable
Terrible application. Payments work through a web interface, through mobile (buying return ticket with saved card) suddenly i need to upload photos of my ID... after authorisation is approved. Yhhh, shame.

They don't refund your money on cases where even an emergency prevents you from making your trip. They don't reschedule if you want to take a later bus. They are rip off artist.
My experience was HORRIBLE I. am writing a review to let people know especially the ones with kids. do not use this service. I paid $300 on the day before Thanksgiving for a ride from fort Myers to Kissimmee Florida. They LEFT ME at a Walmart in fort Myers the morning of November 27th basically only got the ride back home because I had no other choice. And still have not received any type of refund! anyone with info on this company please try to contact me! Will never use you guys again.
went from no permissions to maximum for no reason. there is absolutely no reason you should demand all those permissions to use a bus ticket app
Tried a dozen times to book a trip in this app. Each time it kept stating that my address was incorrect. Smh
rear of bus stinks. i showed up 30 mins early. waited an 1.5 hours after time to realize bus past my stop and wasnt returning. i contacted support. i ended staying at hotel last night and waiting 24hrs for next bus to show up. company didnt issue any compensation or free ride

I like traveling with this company. My major problem is they are always late by an hour picking me up from the O'Donnell Cut Off stop at the TA stop with the truckers. It is usually night time and to dark, for a woman traveling. It is seriously disrespectful to the customer. The customer should be treated better, since it is them who keeps this company in business. People need to check and put their own luggage on the bus. The bus driver is NOT responsible. Cleaner bathrooms are needed badly!!!
Horrible dirty bus. Bus an hour late. Driver kept taking longer breaks at rest stops to chain smoke he also kept hitting the sidewalk. Horrible crammed seats
The time on the ticket was 9:20 I got there at 9:00 and left at 10:45 pm the bus never came. The numbers provided do not work. I'm contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I used to take Greyhound to Arizona I would never use Greyhound's again with their terrible service this company is excellent clean bus smell good all it takes you six hours to get to Arizona from Los Angeles I love their service
Great until your stopped is missed and they notify you or try to validate your ticket for the next day
Ac not working . Seat intent was broken. No speaks English it's hard to communicate with the driver
I order a ticket n then they said they needed more info. You had enough to take my money but not enough to send the ticket so my son is in Alabama waiting I'm going to have to buy another ticket or he sits till it resolved. Unbelievable

A safe and relaxing ride - ALWAYS!!!❣️❣️❣️ I take it so often from NY to PA. The drivers are courteous and respectful and speak English all the time!! Clear and simple. The bus always smells clean, as does the bathroom. People have offered to give me rides to PA , but I always say no because the bus is quiet and relaxing and I can watch a movie, read a book, or play games, and even catch a few zzzzs! I will recommend this bus ride as it is also quite affordable and saves you gas and tolls.
