GoToll uses your phone's GPS to log your trips in real time. Review and pay as you go, trip-by-trip. You're in complete control.
How it works:
GoToll uses your phone's GPS to track your toll road trips in real time. When you travel on an eligible toll road, your location and license plate is detected and the app creates a trip. After your trip, you’ll receive a notification. Then, you can pay in the app.
It's as simple as 1, 2, 3.

Convenient but I paid 85 cents each trip in addition to the fee for not having EZ Pass. It adds up. It's just easier to avoid the toll roads in Virginia the traffic is worse there anyway you're just paying to sit in traffic. Read the fine print to understand exactly what you're paying for with this app. If we were getting our money worth for the tolls around here I'd revisit the roads but a fool's errand the way it is now.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! You are better off getting the local prepaid pass. They bill you one toll at a time aver a period of weeks and their not even the discounted rate. Same as pay by plate. Also you will see strange charges like one dollar or 50 cents randomly, which I'm guessing are fees?! Do not download this useless garbage app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Useful for quick transaction and handling tolls without paying for each states' toll "quick-pass" system. I was using a rental car and did not remove the car from my account after the trip. Because of this, I was charged for several tolls that I did not use. The company refused to remove the charges, even the charges that were still pending. I asked customer service to show me if this was something I agreed to when using the app and never heard back.
Downloaded this for a recent business trip and it was great. I enjoyed the quick visual feedback on my tolls compared to waiting for an email weeks later. Had one question which was responded to rather quick by their customer support in the in-app help although it took me a minute to find it!
DO NOT USE IT. Worst app. Did the payment couple of weeks back and got receipt in email as well. Recently got transaction failed email and they blocked my account. Charging too much. For 3 dollars and for 1.50 dollar toll you charged 85 cents for each. Its like paying 25% and 50% of toll as a fee. Better get EZPass and avoid the hassle of transaction failed status even after getting receipt of successful payment. And over charge.
Horrible! This app is horrible. It shows my vehicle plate in multiple states I've never been in and there's no way to register my vehicle. No number available to speak to a human and a generic help email that no one responds to, they just close your case. Now I have no registered account. Fix your app!
Don't recommend as it keeps your CC information saved & unable to delete it.
DO NOT USE THIS APP! I was charged for at least three trips I did not take. Customer service doesn't help. Just got another charge "pending" even after deactivating my vehicle and credit card. Either weak security or this is their business model..
Terrible. App a piece of junk. Cause me 152.00 in additional tolls cause app didnt substract money from charge card. I went back in to see if information correct and app wont let me delete or edit. Constantly message go toll and a response states case close. Im so sorry i downloaded this piece of junk. they are no help they have no phone number you cant talk to a live person. they ask for additional information but no where to upload. im so disguisted. i throught i found the perfect solution. mi
SCAM APP !! Wish I could give this a negative 10 These people charge 85 cent on top of the toll charge . ez pass doesn't do that . then if you actually have the change to pay for the toll and you have your app turned off they still charge you for for that trip .smfh plus sometimes it will double charge you for whatever reason..I can even drive over a bridge and a toll road is beat it they will still charge you..smfh this app and service is a money grab for those who don't have ez pass
This app is almost impossible to add payment information without taking a picture of your card. I dont know what drop out developer designed this but they should be ashamed. No matter how many times I try to manually input my information it wont let me access the exp date that it keeps incorrectly auto filling. Next time hire someone who did more than a app development bootcamp online.
Do not use! This app is a scam. I was charged for a trip i did not take. I was 2500 miles on the other side of country. Customer support would not handle. No means to contact, phone, chat or im.
Easy to use, I installed the app and had my car set up and used a toll road the same day. I like that I don't have to prepay an account to use this. Would like to see this available in more locations.
Just tried to use this on the Dulles Toll Road (NOT the Dulles Greenway) and it was not available for me to use. Was told that neither of the above roads are covered by GoToll! Thank you for that headache and hassle! Deleting app!
Prompts me to enter my number for a verification code. Then it never sends it. No matter how many times I try or uninstall/reinstall. Pretty much a failure of concept.
I Installed and the page for addi g vehicle was cut off and wouldn't display bitton to answer no on rental vehicle. So could not add car.
Lies about the total amount. Said one amount when I was going through it. Now they're trying to charge me more then the toll amount. I'm not talking about the service fee either.
The dulles toll road near me stopped accepting cash so I started using this app instead of paying for a transponder. It works for me when I have to take the toll road.
Does not work. When trying to register my phone kept getting error message saying phone not registered even though i was getting verification texts. Never got past step 1.
Terrible app. Trying to bypass something so simple such as NC Quickpass. This app does nothing to benefit users other than to get more personal information out of users.
my bad experience is when I download this app quickly they made transation a 1.00 in my account without my authorization dont used it a scam
Saw a charge for the next day going through toll. Pay toll using credit card. Couple of clicks and you are done.

It charged my payment methods, both of them. Without notification and without permission as I created my account.
I couldn't enter my number to get registered. So I won't be using this app.
If you travel thru any tolls at all anywhere once a year or once daily this app is a good idea!

Not a quick and easy way to pay tolls! I thought this app was very difficult to use when I tried installing it and it didn't even work for the toll I was trying to pay in VA. We were in a rental car at the time and since it didn't work, I assumed the account was not activated and deleted the app. Now I have received charges for that rental car almost a year later, months after I deleted the app. I tried asking GoToll for assistance and they refused to help me and were consistently rude in their communication. I STRONGLY recommend finding another way to pay your tolls. It is not worth the grief.
